Just was somewhere to stay

The checking process was easy but after staying for 2 days you want to tell me you didn't charge my card okay but the bank said you did. Ask to speak to the manager she told me it wasn't at manager which was a lie. Then wanted to call the police. I should habe let them call the police just to see what the police was going to say. I didn't break in I didn't force myself in you have video that I went to the counter and I gave a card and you had to activate that card for me to get into the room. So you knew I was there yall drop the ball. Then going to yell at me for their mistake so finally, after thing clam down you want to apologize nope.

It was close to my family and the room was at a great price.

They were working at the place was using the plug in our home blow a lot of dust in the room had to move to another room. I think they should have had a better way of using the plug not in a room you are given to a customer.

Check in was fast and housekeeping was friendly.

The continental breakfast was sparse, and I had to request items that wasn't put out at all i.e. syrup, no milk for cereal, etc.

Location was convenient, front desk staff was very nice, friendly and welcoming. TV didn't work, was there 3 days, no one came to look at it despite the fact we told the front desk, every morning about it. No extra towels or pillow, didn't try the breakfast.

The front desk staff was very friendly

This hotel charged me for 2 nights even though I just paid for 1 never going back to this hotel again.
