El piso es precioso y el lugar es perfecto, porque es la Barcelona auténtica y menos llena de turistas, queda muy cerca de la estación y está super bien comunicado. Claro, en Barcelona siempre son altos los precios, pero merece mucho la pena. Es la segunda vez que me alojo ahí y seguro que no es la última. Muy recomendable.

APARTAMENTO AMPLIO Y BUENA UBICACIÓN

TUVIMOS QUE ESPERAR UN POCO HASTA QUE NOS DIERON EL CODIGO PARA ENTRAR

Near to metro station and Mercadona supermarket. Air conditioners, enough space for 4 persons. A simple-decorated place but quiet and warm apartment.For our short visit in Barcelona it was just a perfect apartment. There is also an elevator in the building. There is also a washing machine for laundry

Matresses to renovate and add some more cutlery. In Spain most apartments have too litlle cutlery usually

- Excellent location with supermarkets, coffee shops and metro stations nearby - Great communication with the owner, she was sweet and at our disposal for everything - Everything was very comfy, clean, the apartment is very spacious and has several balconies, and it's not noisy despite the street being pretty busy - Good value for the money

- Humidity, you could smell it in the apartment unless you kept all balcony doors open at all times - We had to clean AC filters and washing machine on our own - AC filters were dirty and stopping the AC from working properly (the heating was great after we cleaned them) and the washing machine was smelly and dirty when we arrived

Location was great and the sound proof windows were nice.

Communication was not good. We didn't know until 15 minutes before if the meeting time was confirmed or not. The apartment had a musty, moldy smell. The price was too high for this property.

Nice apartment. Quite close to train/metro stations. Also (somewhat longer walk but still walkable) quite close to metro station that takes You to the airport. The apartment is quite comfortable and well thought through. It is in a little bit older building so the plan of the apartment might be different from what people who are used to newer apartments might be expecting but it looks interesting (in a good way). There are even small balconies that are big enough for 1 person to sit next to a small table. We stayed for only 1 night but it looks like a place that could be OK for a longer stay as well.

The apartment had everything you need in terms of house equipment. It was clean, only 10' from the city centre by metro and even though it was on the first floor there was silence. The host was welcoming and always helpful.

The air-conditioning was dripping once you set it below of 22 degrees, but that's a not big deal.

Good contact with host, very comfy beds, maps & guide books available in the flat, all you need in the kitchen, hairdryer available.

Take earplugs as the accommodation can get loud. The building is old, you can easily hear through walls, old windows have no soundproofing.
