it is as described - it is very clean - it is great value for money - it is in walking distance of Kettering center restaurants and pubs

The room was advertised with en-suite, however the en-suite was down the stairs through the corridor and through the back of the communal kitchen. I would not have booked Acaster House at that price!

Extremely comfortable bed, and that was my main priority, so a huge win! Although not used the kitchen was very nice and well equipped. Lovely little conservatory. Great central location.
The couch was quite uncomfortable, but as it was primarily a sofa bed that I wasn’t using not a big deal really.

Walking distance to the town centre and the train station. The kitchen was well equipped for my needs.

Kitchen was fine until an a family took it over and left it in a mess. No response from the landlords.

Great little spot in the centre of Kettering and only a 10 minute walk from Kettering train station meaning I could get into London very easily

A comfortable and very good value for money room. The shared kitchen and conservatory were a welcome bonus. Very well located for Kettering town centre

It was lovely to find this place as it's a little different from the usual hotels that I stay in. Guests can keep themselves to themselves in their room with its fridge, coffee machine and smart TV or mingle with other guests in the communal areas. I would definitely stay again when in the area

This was a lovely friendly, welcoming and warm room. It felt really homely, I felt relaxed as soon as I got there. The rooms are well equipped, clean and plenty of room. Having a full kitchen was a bonus

We were visiting family in the area but wanted our own space so booked this place. We were pleasantly surprised with the whole experience from a slick check in, well equipped room with streaming services on the TV, our own coffee machine in the room and a well equipped clean and spacious kitchen.

The property was very clean, I had everything towels, soap, shampoo and was a very good quality, the wireless is so fast ( is the first place with the best wireless), I had kitchen also clean.

Super room with table top fridge, coffee machine, TV with Netflix etc in a very quiet location. Both the Kettering General Hospital and Kettering town train station are about a 15 min walk. The property itself is right in the centre of town making grocery shopping or eating out at night very convenient.

Mark is a nice person and a good host. Good to talk to. He made me feel comfortable in his house. Nice and modern house with all the amenities and good parking. Recommended if you are in and around Kettering.

This was an awesome find. A very well appointed room in a modern we'll equipped and homely place. The check in was very smooth, the location was excellent for the town centre, train station and Kettering General Hospital. I felt very much at home, warm, safe and secure. Would definitely return if I'm in the area again.
