It was in very good location and friendly staff. Hotel was generally OK and room was clean.

Well located hotel with good breakfast and helpful staff. Close to everything. A little bit noisy on Friday and Saturday evening but things closed fairly early in town. Nothing a pair of earplugs couldn't fix.

All parking is under the hotel. Enter and exit at building 1, access to building one and two is available from underground parking.

They understate this hotel. We had rental car, very easy to park under hotel. Old city is all walkable from there, great breakfast. Not the cheapest, but good value.

Second stay at this hotel. Son lives in Munster. This time was put in the annex building - not as good as the main hotel.
And had to go across in rain for breakfast. Asked reception for breakfast tea bags in the room but to no avail (there was coffee or fruit tea). Really good breakfast. Comfy beds. Great location for getting about.

Good quality hotel, well equipped and clean, comfortable room and bed. Somewhat expensive for what it was, and the outbuilding in which I stayed had a rather industrial, impersonal-feeling staircase while corridors were looking unsightly during a period of redecoration.

Check out was at 12. Housekeeping incessantly kept knocking every 20 minutes the morning of, despite having told them I was leaving just before 12. Very rude. Complained to the front and they promised corrective action. Overall, great stay, except for the aggressive eviction.

Nice property located located in the center of town near outdoor cafés and shopping. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
The only issue I had was the noise from all of the activity outside at night.

A hotel with a very good central location. A big and comfortable room, with a nice city view. Fine beds, clean and tidy. A good and rich breakfast. Friendly staff.
But the hotel is divided in two parts, and to deal with using the car parking is complicated.

We enjoyed our stay here in this comfortable property. It was clean and in a good location. I would recommend an update with the pillows as they were a bit flat and a little smelly. Other than that, the stay was a positive one.

Check in was uneventful until things went wrong. Our cards stopped working after one night. They didn't explain how the parking worked so we were late out first morinng out. They couldn't seem to understand my room number after saying it multilpe times in German and English.

The hotel is brand new, spacious and very comfortable. It's in the center of Munster. You'll find everything within walking distance.
