Great service and a great location

Great location, very comfortable and clean. Room was spacious, great shower and comfortable beds. A highlight was the delicious hot breakfast with hostess “Grandma Pat”welcoming us and being so friendly with us and the kids!

Great place to stay. Very close to the space needle and Seattle Center. Just dont get a room facing 5th. The monorail comes by every ten minutes.

This hotel was in a great location for our family! Onsite parking ($50 a night and a little tight) was nice to have. We enjoyed the morning breakfasts and the views from the rooftop balcony. The staff was very helpful and courteous!

I booked a month in advance but when I got here they didn’t have the room type I wanted available. They did check me in early at 2pm so that may have been why. They put me in a different room and offered parking discount for the inconvenience. My main issue was noise, lots of what sounded like banging on pipes and I could hear employees in the alley yelling at some points. The room was also very squeaky when walking around due to the pillar in the middle holding the tv. Breakfast was also deceptive, everything looks good but I couldn’t finish most of it. Overall not the best experience though I do typically like Hyatt hotels.

Such a comfortable stay. It was very clean, large space, wasn’t noisy and perfect location. The front desk check in was so pleasant. She was so nice.

Nice place right next to the Space Needle, the glass Garden and the MOPOP museum. Got a City Pass and walked over and visited most of the attractions on a City Pas in a couple of days. Hotel was in a perfect location to see the sites.

This was a delightful stay. Very clean, helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast was amazing- so many choices and all delicious.

We throughly enjoyed our stay but was surprised by how worn down it looked. Especially in the lobby and breakfast area. Perfect location to visit the great museums and art installations at Seattle Center.

This hotel is family friendly and in a prime location literally across the street from the space needle, the Chihuly Garden, and museum of pop with great views. The rooms were clean and their beds are very comfortable

The hotel is nice, but indicate they offer food on site which wasnt available on our visit as the kitchen was closed that Saturday evening. That is a high travel day and would expect this to be available. To add to this the morning breakfast ran out of eggs by 09:20 on Sunday morning. Again how do you not prepare for this rush and run out of a very essential part of breakfast. Too bad this impacts my perception of this hotel.

Great location and good breakfast. Didn’t get to check in until just after 4:00 and could hear street noise at night on the 5th floor. We had a view of the Space Needle and the room was spacious. My son slept in the pull out couch which was very thin and not too comfortable. I would stay again for convenience of location.

Used Travelocity to book the room. However, when I got to the hotel to check in Travelocity had failed to use a valid card to pay for the room. MJ was excellent at getting it fixed and me in my room. He went above and beyond. He could have easily said that I had to get it straightened out.

Everything was great, only issue was the A/C didn’t work in the room. However they fixed it immediately. The staff was great and room was super clean. Great location in the city to be close to the Apple Cup but also away from the packed bars.

Everything was fabulous but the rooms view was disappointing. We paided for a view of the space needle but our room had an obstructive view. Couldnt see the space needle as there was a huge tree directly infront of our window.

I liked so many things about this hotel! Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast service was amazing. The woman who was bussing tables the two mornings we were there did an excellent job and engaged with us in a friendly manner. I liked that you could get fresh vegetables for a tortilla in the morning. The salsa was really good! Also the Greek yogurt and berry compote was delicious. The suite was nicely appointed and spacious. Location is perfect for Seattle Center. I definitely recommend this place.

EVERYONE in Seattle is a total jerk. Worst culture ever. Your staff was possibly more rude than your locals, and that’s hard to top! The attitude that ALL of your staff have is atrocious and completely unacceptable in hospitality management. Please do the world a favor and fire all of them.
