Swam in sea, so warm.
Loved the pool area. I had my first ever coconut there.
Would have like a yoga mat option in my room. Was not allowed to take one from the gym to use in my room.
Cleanliness and upkeep of room not great. Coffee spill on ceiling and picture, scuffs all on walls, crumbs still on floor etc. My worst room so far in that sense. Not what I expect from 5*.

Excellent service at all times. Staff were friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble. Only issue was the lack of sufficient staff at the roof-top bar in the evenings - they were very pleasant and helpful, but it took a while for drinks to arrive when there were more than two groups of customers there.

Perfect stopover before flying out. Stunning views from rooms with ocean views.
Pool and roof bar is fabulous .. only small criticism there are not enough sun loungers.

We stayed in the Peninsula Suite, which can only be described as a two bed, two bathroom apartment. It is massive and great value for money. As part of the price you get afternoon tea in the Royal Lounge as well. The views from the roof are superb as well as the room. The staff are friendly and the food is good quality. Lovely end to our stay in Vietnam.

I’m an English speaker and most of the staff spoke very limited English, but tried hard to help. The WhatsApp number provided a great way to ask questions in English. The rooftop bar had a good burger and the pool area is shaded in the afternoon providing a great place to hang on hot summer afternoons.

The Peninsula is wonderful in every aspect. The staff were very thoughtful down to little details.
Wish we couldve stayed longer! The area is super convenient with the beach just across the road and the lady buddha a 10min ride away. The view from our peninsula suite is breathtaking. The infinity pool was enjoyable. Thank you to your staff for giving us such a great memory of Danang!

The presidential suite smelled weird, the room was so hot and they did not help us. The breakfast was terrible. Bad service, we were not able to sleep as it was so hot in the morning.

A great location for those who wants to enjoy the beach, it is easy to get transportation to other places. The breakfast could have been better. The staff seemed less enthusiastic than your average vietnamese employee

Love our stay, great room especially the one that we had, with bathtub and wash let toilet 😅. We had. The view of the ocean! Restaurants serves great buffet breakfast one on the 3rd floor and one on the rooftop looking by the pool and ocean. Afternoon tea is also served at the rooftop restaurant. Staff are amazing, shoutout to Jake at rooftop resto, our driver Harrow and all of the front desk and waitresses/waiters that served us. We will definitely be returning with the whole family soon! Thanks again!

Hi, I would like to express my thanks and satisfaction to the services at the hotel and your staff. All staff are very polite and helpful. Especially Hana Uyên Bùi who has shown tremendous resourceful, helpful, and courtesy to provide me information where to eat, to entertain and tours inside and outside the city. She has helped me to book tickets to go to Sup, to spa, to Hội An, to the airport. Thanks for a job well done to Hana Uyên Bùi. I definitely will pick this hotel again. Thanks again.

This property was wonderful - so easy to get to centre of Danang or walk the beach. The staff were outstanding all going that extra mile. The in-house services (spa, pool, restaurants, bars) were fabulous. Well done to the wonderful staff!!!

The property was dirty, noisy, inconvenient and congested. Staff was not cooperative at all. We visited as a couple and are very disappointed.

The hotel appears quite new and well presented and the service was excellent. The location is a bit away from the main area of restaurants etc. Issues would be the thin walls because it’s easy to hear guests in other rooms and the pictures of the breakfast and afternoon tea are rather misleading.

Staffs were kind and nice. The hotel was clean and the food was good(not too salty and tastrd healthy)! When i lost my card key, they tried their best to find it.
