This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood just outside of town. We loved seeing the birds and wildlife in the backyard while enjoying our morning coffee. This was perfect for our little getaway to visit family in town. We will definitely stay here again if we get the chance.

This house is so well decorated and maintained. On top of that it is so well stocked for families with kids of all ages. The wildlife is an added bonus and the host is really responsive and nice. We will book this again in the future! We loved our vacation here!

Our stay here was the best. The house was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and the pool table, wanting to come back to the house at the end of the day instead of going into town for dinner. Thank you for making our stay in Durango a memorable experience.

We had the BEST experience here. I really enjoyed how baby/kid friendly the whole house was. I also loved all of the “little things” that made a big difference to me. The hostess was super sweet and even messaged me after we left and told me we left a blanket and asked if I wanted her to mail it to me. 1000/10 experience. We will be back.

This is the most accommodating place we have ever stayed! The view on the way in is amazing! The property manager was very responsive & helped with everything we needed. We were worried about being snowed in and they were very helpful with that as well. Place is much bigger than it looks and the kids lived the game room! Thanks for such a great stay!

This property is very well kept. It is clean, fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, and so cozy. We had a wonderful time and are very much looking forward to hopefully staying here again. Would HIGHLY recommend 😄

This was the perfect property for our Christmas getaway! The house and yard were gorgeous and the proximity to town was perfect. We can’t wait to come back!

This property was perfect!! Everything you could need was there! After long days of exploring and hiking, coming back to Meadowlark Court was perfect! From the hot tub to all the different family games included was like home! I would definitely recommend this property over any other in the Durango area. You are surrounded by horse farms and Mountain View’s. We had to call the property manager with a question and she answered immediately and was super nice and helpful! We are so thankful this property was available for our trip!!

Durango was wonderful and what added much to our stay was where we stayed. The home was perfectly set up, the surroundings were so very peaceful, loved walking around and seeing the horses, deer and fox. When not going around the town and further out for hiking etc., this home was filled with fun things to do. We did puzzles, played pool and spent time sitting and relaxing on the well accommodated porch! Though we did not use it there was a great grill one could use. As for communication with the property overseer, she was very prompt!!!! Though never a big problem at all!! 😊 Would go there again!! M

House was nice in a great rural neighborhood. The property had great amenities and a great setting. Each morning or evening deer would come and eat grit off the trees. The home was 15 minutes from town and other activities like zip lining and river rafting. Would recommend this property for a nice get away to relax in cool Durango

We truly enjoyed this property for our vacation, everything we needed was available, from being able to cook, relax on the porch, TV's in multiple rooms, game room with pool table and Xbox (our son loved that), and being able to wash laundry. We had visits from a fox, deer and hummingbirds. There is a spa as well, which we intended to use, but never did because we had too much fun with other things. If you are spoiled like us, you need to be aware that cooling is provided by a swamp cooler and there is a trick on how to utilize it properly. Places like this do not often need an A/C and swamp coolers work just fine. We had dogs with us, which was one of the reasons why we chose this property, and we followed the instructions to always supervise our dogs, because a fox and deer came by to visit as well as the neighbors have dogs and we wouldn't want anything to happen to neither. Another reason is that the fencing (or gate) would not be able to keep any dog on the property. So, if you travel with your pet, be aware and follow the provided instructions. We loved the place and would come back again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay. Ava, the property manager, was very responsive to our guestions. It was our first time in a VRBO property and from what others have told us, this property went above and beyond what most do. It was very well stocked with supplies, and after a week, it was restocked as needed. The master bed, pillows, linens were very comfortable and great quality. The location was in the middle of horse properties and it was beautiful. We took a walk every morning/night and the neighbors were friendly and welcoming - and you never know how that's going to work when you are a short-term renter. It was great. We really enjoyed the hot tub too! We're from the desert so the dogs loved lying in the grass. At night we'd sit on the patio for dinner, and when it got dark the stars were spectacular. It was a great experience. Thank you!

The house was very clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need. My kids really enjoyed playing with all the toys in the game room. The beds were very comfortable and the spa room was an added plus! We hope to stay here again during our next visit!

Our family of six traveled and loved this home. Our kids loves having the games to play and enjoyed swinging on the outdoor swing set. I loved reading a book on the back patio and having s’mores as a family! The home is clean, well organized, and thoughtfully put together. The location was great with about a ten minute drive to most of the activities we participated in.

We stayed at this property with another family and it was perfect. The house is extremely well appointed and it’s apparent the owners have put a great deal of thought into the decor and amenities. The kids had a blast. The location is close to town for convenience but is quiet and private. The owners and property manager were very responsive to any questions. We highly recommend this lovely home.

This is such a peaceful, relaxing home and land. See the wildlife running across the roads in the evening. Just far enough from town to feel isolated but with full access to shopping & groceries! Husband had a medical emergency on our last night. Julia as more than understanding! We will be back!

Wonderful property and indoor space. Everything was clean, organized and ready to go. No complaints and plan on returning. Plenty of games and toys for the kids to keep entertained. Very kid friendly home.

We planned a quick trip to Durango right before Christmas. This house was perfect for us!!! It’s a few miles outside of town, which is great after a day out and about!! The hot tub was fabulous!! There literally wasn’t anything that we thought of that the house didn’t have! Plenty of dishes, utensils, every cooking dish or item you could need, and there is plenty of space to spread out!! Definitely one of the best properties we’ve stayed at!! Highly recommended!!

This place was so perfect! It is about 15 minutes outside of Durango with lots of open land near and very quiet. The owners did such a great job making sure this house had everything you would need (games, kitchen items, blankets, etc). They also have an indoor hot tub room which was an awesome sunny space. We loved it!

This was our first time staying in Durango and I was unsure where to stay. This location was perfect! We live in a very large city and wanted a quiet getaway and this place was perfect. The neighbors were off in the distance and we had peace and quiet. We arrived to a nice handwritten note from the property manager and the amenities provided were top-notch. The house has so much space and activities for all ages. Our 5 year old loved the game and toys provided, including the swings in the backyard, my husband loved the pool table. All of us enjoyed the spacious property, including my 76 year old mother and her little dog. The property manager was friendly and responded to all inquiries within minutes. We will definitely be back to stay again!
