Reviewer Comments: After a long drive, we had questions about which unit we rented... and without hesitation Johnathan (on his usual day off) immediately came and personally addressed our concerns (and in complete disclosure, it was completely our mistake!) But our host Johnathan never let us feel that it was. The staff is professional, outgoing, and helpful. The residence was spotless, luxurious , and had all the comforts of being in our own home! And when one of our children asked a staff member about “coconut” water, he went and climbed a palm tree and got her (and all of us) a fresh taste from our own coconut. Rent a golf cart, it’s the best way to see the area, eat at Locos the food is exceptional, and wake up early- as the local wildlife is energetic and visible (you can easily see them from the balcony/porch area.) And no worries about safety here— the security staff (24 hours) is professional and attentive. The palms Palaya Flamingo private beach is beautiful and from our family to yours- YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPOINTED!

Had all the amenities you need for a tropical beach vacation for either a couple or a family (we stayed for a week with sour 8 and 10 year old kids). The concierge and everyone at The Palms are friendly and so helpful. This was our best family vacation to date! We are planning to return in the near future.

The location is amazing, wonderful beach and great restaurants in the area. The staff at the Palms was the best! The concierge helped with everything from a chef coming to the condo, to our excursions, transportation, and getting groceries. They were all so nice and helpful. The condo was great, perfect for our family of 5 and has everything you need to cook and enjoy when you want to be inside. We will definitely be back!
