Enjoyed a short stay. Great view and quiet. Condo was very nice and clean. Just wish the weather would have cooperated. Big enough condo for everyone.

This condo was perfect! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for 9 of us. Right on beach. The views were fabulous!! The deck is huge w plenty of seating! C3 elevators. Never had a wait. Very short drive to sites and restaurants. Definitely will be staying here again!

Beautiful

What a beautiful place, it’s as nice as the pictures. The set up of the rooms with each having a private bath was perfect for each family. The view from the balcony could not have been any better and the location of the property was convenient to everything. If I had anything to complain about, would be that we were not able to get access to our condo until 6:00 pm, but we were able to use the resort amenities prior to that. We will definitely stay rent it again when in PCB next and will recommend this property to others

We were so happy with this condo overlooking the beach! The teens could go out without parents, because of the location. And the older set could spend hours on the balcony watching the waves and people below. Bedrooms were GREAT. Bathrooms impressive!

The condo was absolutely perfect for our family vacation of 8. The two master suites were the deciding factor when we were comparing different locations and it was fantastic! The pictures don’t do it justice, the unit is gorgeous. The back porch is beyond spacious, and the gaming consoles were the icing on the cake with 3 teenagers during the one stormy night. If we come back with this large of a group again we would absolutely stay here again. We have stayed at multiple other condos and had the best experience here with the elevator wait times so far. Just to note, the one reserved parking space is tough for larger vehicles/trucks. Not a complaint as it’s a parking garage, and purchasing an additional pass is first come, first serve. The location is far enough down from the “congested” part of the PCB strip making it perfect for families or anyone looking for a more relaxed area.

Property was clean and very comfortable for our family of 10. Parking is very limited if you have more than one vehicle.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! We had 9 people in our group and it had plenty of space for everyone! Having 4 bathrooms was great! The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. There were several large smart TVs and an Xbox 360. The best part was the large balcony! We spend a lot of time sitting and eating on the balcony! I would highly recommend this condo!

First let me say the view is beautiful. The condo was spotless and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed. The beds were very comfortable. We had a group of eight and the layout was perfect, especially with a bathroom for each bedroom. The only improvement I would suggest is more parking. One parking space for a condo that accommodates this many people should provide at least two spaces. Guest were able to park across the street for $30 total for four days. This fee was reasonable but unexpected. My brother in law was parked in an area he thought was ok but apparently was not. Panama City police was nice enough to call him to warn they were going to tow his car. We really appreciated that. Overall we had a fantastic time and would definitely book again.

We so enjoyed this condo. We had 8 adults stay in this condo and there was more than enough room. We came for a wedding but really wish we could have stayed longer. I would recommend this property to all anyone!

Excellent Condo! Would stay there again! We just had 2 small issues: 1. With having 4 bathrooms, not enough hot water. 2. The main patio door would not lock.

Condo was exactly as advertised. We were a group of 7. We had more than enough space. Very clean and no issues during our stay. Will book again.

This condo is absolutely beautiful and very well-maintained. We loved having 2 master bedrooms with access to the huge balcony. We were there over the Labor Day holiday and the property didn't seem crowded at all. There was still a lot of room on the beach and it was easy to get an elevator (which was not the case at our last condo during the 4th of July holiday.) Overall, this condo was a winner and we will definitely consider renting the unit again in the future.

We vacation in PCB every summer and this is one of the nicest places we’ve stayed. Nicely furnished with stocked kitchen.

We really enjoyed the condo. It was decorated nicely with updated furniture and comfortable beds. It is a more secluded spot (1 building) so not too crowded. We definitely would stay again.. check the cupboards before shopping, we found there to be some extra supplies we didn't need to buy (sugar, coffee, etc)

The property owners had maintenance issues that were out of their control and did everything they could to help accommodate our group of 8. They got the property back in working order just intime for us to check-in. They were great to work with, easy to communicate with and we will definitely rent this property again!

1. Balcony was great. 2. Pac-Man was a big hit with the kids. 3. TV in family room and bedrooms — all agreed very poor. We could not get channels we wanted and the “guide” is very inaccurate. 4. There were not enough dishes for 10 people. Only 6 bowls for a condo that sleeps 10 and not enough plates. 5. Fry pans should be replaced with Teflon pans.

Overall, fantastic rental. Would book here again. Very nice set up with a bathroom for each room and a kitchen with almost everything you might need! If you are a coffee drinker it is has a cone style drip coffee maker and also a single cup K-cup machine. It is only 5 minutes by car to the Pier Park and the pier. It was a short drive to Santa Rosa Beach to rent Electric bicycles from 30A Bike Rentals who we highly recommend, and 45 minutes to outlet shopping in Destin. The hiccup with check-in is I used the text messaging option about an early check-in and was told to expect possible 2pm. When we arrived at the condo we found out this unit never allows early check-in. We went to Mike's seafood across the street while we waited. Delicious!
