Good location, clean.

Some more kitchen utensilies would be usefull.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for visiting the Christmas market. The parking garage was busy, but had plenty of spaces even for a large SUV. It was about a 5 minute walk to the apartment.

If you struggle with stairs or have heavy luggage, be sure to get a room on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator service available.

it was not the cleanest - the bathroom could have been cleaned better ; the door downstairs is quite hard to open (you have to push quite hard) which was confusing at first; also once some opened this door you can hear/feel it upstairs in the apartment;

These rooms are great! I’ve stayed here a few times. The beds are comfortable, the walls and windows are thick enough to not hear neighbors.

note that there’s no elevator and rooms are on upper floors.

Great location: 5-7 minutes to bolzano train station. Downtown with many restaurants and supermarkets. convenient self check in service. Clean,simple and modern room.

WiFi didn't work and the password of WiFi is always wrong.

Location was really good. less than 10 mins walk to the train and bus station.

The sound insulation wasn’t very good. But the lucky thing was our neighbours didn’t make much disturb. We stayed two nights but there was no one come to clean the room and add supplement. No elevator.

Check in process was online. The location is unbeatable, in the center of bolzano , walking distance to everywhere even the train station and renon cable car. Our apartment was on the 4th floor , spacious, modern , with all amenities needed , and with great views towards the mountains. Food at bistro Cooper was great also

No elevator

The location was perfect, use of the kitchen was a plus.

Lack of soundproof, we could here everything our neighbours did in their room.

Rooms are exactly as presented in the published pictures. City center. Very close to all means of transportation (buses, train, railway cart) and Christmas markets.

Unfortunately, our room was at the 4th floor. A bit steep to climb every evening. Also, thin walls (we could hear the person in the room next to us snoring). And probably they heard us as well :D

Pros - Decent sized room, decent sized shower although over all the bathroom was small. Key less entry (with a code) was nice and easy. It had basic things - hair dryer, mini fridge, kettle. Beds were actually pretty comfortable. Staff was responsive via booking app beforehand. Good location in the city and not too far from parking or train station.

Cons - Noises from inside the building were very loud. Doors slamming, people in the stairwell (even though we weren't even that close to it), the room above us with someone stomping back and forth all morning, hearing other people's showers. On top of that it had a very cold, minimalist feeling, which isn't necessarily bad, but it honestly just felt like an empty dorm room of a college kid. For the price we paid (just shy of $200/night) it did NOT feel like a good value. However we were there during the Christmas Market, so I assume that drives prices up. I would look elsewhere next time though.
