Beautiful apartment for us as a family.
Location was perfect. We loved it, will always search for Cooper again on our travels.
Bed was a little bit hard but that is completely my preference.

Super Location right in the middle of the old town, yet absolutely quiet with a nice small balcony on the rooftop. Beautiful old house

Really fantastic location, but little street or other noise. The apartment was reasonably simple but very nicely done, spotless and very comfortable. Only stayed one night but wish it had been for more. Very beautiful building and imagine other apartments would be similarly and reliably comfortable. Contactless entry details were straightforward and easy to enter
A later standard check-out would be nice. Railway station is very close if you need somewhere to leave your bags. The apartment didn't have any flaws or 'surprises' - would recommend.

Zicla, the lady who always answered my inquiries on whatsapp, is perfect. she is extremely helpful.
at the very first glance, it was a bit hard to find the apartment. however, Zicla is the best and she called my whatsapp to help :D
photos shown on booking.com do not correspond to the actual apartment as there is no stair inside my unit.

Lack of kitchen utensils, also there should be instructions how to use the stove top and coffee machine as these differ from one to another and even for the tv channels

We have stayed with Stay Cooper multiple times now and have never been disappointed. Great place , great staff at the Bistro.
We loved everything but if I had to pick something, we were upgraded to a new flat and although it slept all (two couples) , one of the bedrooms was twin beds. But that was a very minor thing.

The location was WONDERFUL. Walking distance from the train, to the outdoor market and the big square. Well stocked kitchen (though no microwave). Very roomy and comfortable. And there’s an elevator.
The only thing…a small microwave would be great.

The location was excellent, very easy to find from the train station. We arrived earlier than check in and they allowed us to store our luggage at their offices, and then sent me a message when our room was ready. I would definitely stay here again.

very noisy street out the front meant we had to keep windows shut which meant the place was quite hot for sleeping.

the location is great, right in the center of town. the room was very comfortable- very comfortable bed
the staff was unavailable, i sent a mail and a text with inquiries, i got a replay long after i checked out

Big room and great location! although there’s no AC which I was pretty worried at the beginning, but there’s a fan which made me sleep well. The cooperated cafe served nice breakfast with 10% discount. the parking lot was a bit hard to find but still convenient!

great location- very convenient to activities
Air conditioner didn't work and there was only one window that could be opened. That window opened onto an interior courtyard so it was very loud all night from other people coming in and out loudly. There was no airflow through the apt bcs of the lack of windows. None of us slept well because it was too hot and noisy.

Absolutely fantastic property, well located right in town centre. Parking was easy at walther car park. The accommodation was of top standard, would definitely stay here again!

A famous beer brand restaurant is very close to the apartments, but should'nt be chosen, because of low food quality
The ticket machine in the parking place on the main city square went wrong, and the payment process was time consuming and uncomfortable
Getting there was not so easy, the aparment numbers are only shown in the elevator.

Using an access code made it super easy to arrive at the property. The location right in the centre of town was brilliant. We took advantage of the reduced rate parking which was great value and really easy to access.
