Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt überhaupt nicht! Zimmer sehr klein, Räumhöhe erfordert teilweise gebückte Haltung. Kaffeemaschine defekt. Kein Aufzug. Treppe in 2. Stock so eng, dass man mit Koffer nur mühevoll hochgehen kann. Wäre nettes Budget-Hotel, aber das Preisniveau ist unverschämt.

Excellent hotel with great staff. Its a bit far out of the centre but easy to get the bus/tram in. In the summer it would be a lovely walk. I would defo stay there again.

The hotel is located a bit far from central Strasbourg, but in very nice area. Perfect for European institutions visit.

Location and staff were excellent. It may be the friendliest and most relevant hotel in France. The breakfast was very nice and the kids loved it. There is a very warm family atmosphere. It is very nice that it is close to the center and there is no parking problem.
Everything was fine. It will be our only choice for our next visit. If you want a pleasant stay, you can go without thinking.

Marianne and the other ladies were lovely and professional. Always attentive and ready to help.
The breakfast selection was small, but tasty.
Rooms and hotel were impeccably clean, beds were very comfortable and quiet rooms were given upon our request. We didn’t hear a thing even though there were other guests at the hotel.
Bathroom was spacious and had good lighting.
Area where the hotel is located was safe, quiet and accessible via bus route to the old town.
Note that we stayed during December (Christmas market visit).
Rooms were a bit smaller than expected and as our rooms were booked on the last floor, they had some titled wooden beams that took a while to navigate around.
Closets were very narrow and couldn’t hang all my coats.
Hotel doesn’t have an elevator and we had to take narrow stairs to our rooms (we didn’t mind) but felt bad for the staff for carrying the heavy luggage.
It takes around 30 min to get to old town, so if you don’t mind investing that time, then this is the perfect hotel in Strasbourg.

The building, interiors and cleanliness were excellent, and the staff extremely friendly. The location is about 15 minutes' drive outwith the city center, but this was perfect for us as the hotel is just a couple of minutes' walk from the beautiful Parc de l'Orangerie.

The staff is very kind and helpful. Due to car trouble we were stranded in Strasbourg for another night and the staff made sure we could stay in our (upgraded) hotel room for another night. Also the breakfast is great, the room beautiful and the location amazing. Just a 40 minute walk to the city centre and you can walk through the beautiful parc l’orangerie. Just an amazing stay 🤗

Terrible location far from everything except the Orangerie park. Bus stop right in front of the room made loud stops every 5 minutes. Squeaky floors and a superficial renovation.

Best place I’ve ever stayed at in Strasbourg, and I’ve been to quite a few, even at a higher price range. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the property is beautiful and well-maintained, the breakfast was amazing. The Orangerie park is just around the corner and the European Parliament a 15 minute relaxed walk through the park. Ideal if you want to avoid the hustle of the center. The bus station is right by the entrance of the hotel.
