The location was amazing- 2 blocks from the Plaza- shopping, restaurants, etc. The beds were very comfortable and the shower had good pressure. I liked the modern design in both the lobby and the rooms.

The housekeeping was less than adequate. The room was not made up the first day. When we called the front desk, they informed us that rooms were cleaned every other day. The next day, the room still was not cleaned. When we called down to the front desk, the said the rooms were cleaned only upon request. I have never heard of such a policy! We requested to have it cleaned immediately- which was done, but not thoroughly. Another issue we had was with the lack of drawer space and hangers. We we’re staying for 4 nights and had a lot of clothes for wedding events.

the property was well maintained and had a very well decorated and welcoming feel. it smelled good everywhere, the lobby had many small pockets of space to sit and talk. The bartender is super friendly and drinks are good the room I had was exceptional.

the room was very clean but my only complaint was that it was not well sweeped, it had what looks like small cement residue from something they fixed in the room.

The “City View King” room was beautiful with 2 walls of windows, comic book decor and a super comfy bed. The hotel decor was interesting and fun. The bartender, Wayne, was friendly and the drinks were great. Great location for Westport Plaza access.

I wish you could order different coffee drinks at the breakfast area.
