Sweet quirky little flat, quite well appoitned and a great location in the heart of Rochester

The flat is up 4 flights of stairs and the heating was on or off, no thermostat. Couldnt find a t-towel to dry up, the towels were tiny and broadband was intermittent - Kept dropping out

Curtains didn’t block out light in bedroom

It was like home from home. Clean tidy comfortable had everything you needed and more for a perfect stay

It didn’t bother me but please be aware it’s a lot of stairs up to the apartment

Perfect location on the high street for what we were in Rochester for within easy walk of shops, bars, restaurants, parking and our event venue

Feeling a little dated now, some money needs to be spent on refreshing the decor etc. We had to wedge the main bedroom window shut with cardboard else it just dropped plus the lock was missing Unfortunately the bedroom floor especially, didn't feel like it has been cleaned with big piles of dust on the floor, under the bed and in the cupboard or now on my clothes that were accidently dropped

Location Modern appliances, comfortable bed and lounge heaps of hanging and cupboard space

Not for everyone. Located on floors 3&4 so lots of stairs to take luggage up. Stairs to bedroom no hand rails.

The location is excellent - great for Rochester High St, London or the coast There is plenty of room & everything you need to enjoy your stay
