El cuarto de baño siendo privado a parte de la habitación y la excasa limpieza (no suelo poner este tipo de valoraciónes)

A lovely place to stay on the Camino walk. The hosts gave us all the information we needed prior to arrival. The kitchen/seating area is a great space to relax. Beds are comfy and the shower perfect leaving you refreshed and ready for the next day's walk. It is also ideally situated near plenty of bars, restaurants and historic sites in the old town.

La habitación preciosa, amplia y cómoda. La ubicación perfecta hay un parking cercano y la zona antigua llena de restaurantes y terrazas los anfitriones muy atentos
Nuestra habitación al dar a una zona de ocio se oía ruido pero el anfitrión se anticipó y dejó tapones con lo cual dormimos genial

Muy céntrico. Zona común bien equipada. Entrada autónoma. Personal muy atento y amable. Habitación no ruidosa (interior) con camas cómodas (103). Baño privado bien equipado.

Man skulle krydse et fælles gangareal for at komme til eget badeværelse, som man låste op med nøgle.Ubekvemt om natten.
Der lå en bar lige under hotellet, og der lugtede af mados, når vinduet var åbent.

Preciosa habitación con techos altos, paredes de granito y dos ventanales con vistas a la Plaza de la Verdura. A pesar de la ubicación, el ruido procedente de las terrazas de la plaza desaparece tan pronto la gente termina de cenar y no es molesto.
La cama es muy cómoda. El baño está perfectamente equipado, con luz automática, ducha con masaje, y todo funciona de maravilla.
Recepción muy agradable por parte de Manuel, y acceso con códigos numéricos, sin llaves físicas.
Hay una zona común muy bien equipada donde se ofrece al huesped la posibilidad de hacerse café, té, etc. Para un desayuno más contundente, hay que salir a alguna cafetería.
Una pequeña joya en pleno centro de Pontevedra.
La única mejora que se me ocurre, es bajar el precio de la habitación : )

Es precioso, decorado con mucho gusto, en una ubicación excepcional. Cómodo y totalmente reformado.
Está en una plaza con muchas terrazas y puede haber algo de ruido, pero tienen tapones en las habitaciones.

I loved this accommodation. It was right on the Camiño trail, in the heart of the old town. Check in was easy. Communication of codes was awesome. Marco have my the number for a pilgrim massage who was amazing and saved my Camiño for me. There is a cute kitchen, the bathroom was sweet, just above the main square - it might have been noise but honestly I didn’t hear a thing. The accommodation is a retired old building full fo character so no air con but fans in yeh room. It was one of my favourite stays on my trip

The place is beautiful. Renovated and ample. The host gave us really good recommendations, including a masseur. The location is great.
Our room was overlooking a plaza. I can not convey how much noise and cigarette smoke flooded the room. The accommodation provided earplugs, but that really didn't make it better, even with the windows closed. The room became stuffy and hot really quickly, so we needed to keep the window opened.

What a nice place to stay while walking on the Camino. Perfectly located. Very nicely decorated. An old building that has been recently remodeled.

Boutique style hotel right in the middle of Pontevedra, overlooking a market with caffes and restaurants, a few meters away from the Camino.
Very clean place with lovely decor, congratulations to the owners for a great design taste.
But what made our stay memorable was the staff treatment, Manuel looked very well after us, everything we needed him for he was there with a genuine smile.
If you go to Pontevedra and want a beautifull well located accomodation at a very decent price, do not hesitate to chose A Xanela!

Compact but very well laid out. Had all the necessities.

Couldn't work entry system but Manuel sorted things out.

Saturday night and the drinkers in the square were at it till 3am.

Location was great, room was 5 star quality. Bed, towels, and amenities were great.
We had trouble finding the entrance, but Manuel come down to the street to greet us. He was also easy to communicate with.

Charming place to stay with a wonderful welcome from Manuel. Beautiful decor in an old building right in the centre of Pontevedra. Comfortable with a lounge and kitchen to share with other guests.
