Hotel staff great and clean. Good location. Our ac didn’t work and the safe was very hard to turn a knob to lock. Super small too!!!!!!

Hotel Kipling is a great option when you are in Geneva. It is close to the train, the team is very friendly/ helpful and the room was excellent. We will definitely stay here when we visit Geneva in the future.

We enjoyed the room, it was clean and we appreciated that the queen bed was ACTUALLY a queen bed and not two put together. What we did not appreciate is that they advertised that they have AC, and it is barely that. It never got cold in our room. I asked for a fan on the first day, out of 3 days, and they acted line they didn’t know what a fan was. I asked again on the day before we left and they sweet front desk girl said, yes, and brought it strait to my room. That would’ve been so helpful since the first day. It was hot and very uncomfortable. The mini bar is also not something you can keep anything cold in. I had medicine that needed to be refrigerated, and the “fridge” is not cold. These are two things I always look for when booking. However, I would recommend this hotel, if you don’t need AC. They were very nice and the location was walkable to everything including the train station.

A comfortable hotel in a decent location. A little bit of a walk to the lake and Old Town. Private parking (non height restricted availability on request). Good breakfast and some nice restaurants nearby. Tram stop less than 5 mins walk.

Good location, good staff, reasonale room for a 3-star hotel in Switzerland. In fact, this one is better than many of the 4-star ones my family stayed at. Definitely recommend.

We stayed at Hotel Kipling for one night and it was amazing. The room was very classy and felt very clean. The hotel is also in a good area if you're looking to explore Geneva. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in Geneva.

Property is easy to access from train and walkable to key points of interest. It also offers good amenities for the price point

Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. My only criticism would be that the electrics in the room while in very good condition could use modernising for today’s world of cell phones IT services and charging ports. Apart from that this hotel is excellent. Geneva is a nice city but unfortunately super expensive, by far the most expensive city I have ever visited

Very spacious room. The hotel is in a great neighborhood. The front desk staff were excellent, providing all the necessary information regarding the places of interests. Overall strongly recommended for a stay in Geneva.

Very welcoming & professional staff. Rooms are nice sized and comfortable, bathroom with shower/tub is very nice sized. A little outdated and in need of a little care, but the location, amenities and personnel make up for it.

Even the price was relativetly affordable the quality in overall was excellent. Especially the unique decoration of paintings with antique furnitures. The staff were also very kind. Due to work I haven't much chances to enjoy the city of Geneva but still I was already satisfied due to the stay with this hotel. If anyone have a chance to stay in Geneva Kipling will be my recommendation. P.S. The breakfast isn't super good but considering the high cost of living this is something too much to be expected.

From arrival to departure the reception staff were great (Julie), the room was spacious , clean and comfy . Convenient but quiet enough of train station , local enough got nice food and drink choices . We will return when next in Geneva .

nice hotel with excellent service

The hotel was in a good location, not far from the lake and the railway station and plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable but a little dated. The shower over the bath was not easiest to use as water would end up on the floor if not careful. The electrical sockets need updating to international standards, no USB sockets. It was a bit noisy from about 7am when delivery and refuse trucks were outside the hotel and the building opposite is a building site but didn't cause any real inconvenience. At most other times it was quiet. The hotel only offers breakfast as it doesn't have a restaurant and breakfast time can be busy up to 8:30am. Plenty of interesting restaurants to suit all tastes nearby.

Room is sold for 3 adults, however the second bed (sofa bed) is unbearable, completely broken and bad for your back. Disappointing breakfast and bathroom is not great. Staff very friendly and room spacious.
