Clean and very convenient area

The bed’s is terrible

Need new bed, dresser or at least suitcase holders (not have to have things on the floor).

Front desk were not hospitable and gave us an attitude when we asked for water bottles when you’re supposed to get two a day. Would not come back.

Property needs a face lift. Carpets in the public areas and halls are worn and loose. No place to hang towels in the bathrooms. Mini fridge in the rooms should be attached to the cabinet.

Restaurant and bar could have been extended. Pool closed too early. Hotel was dated and carpet was Awful. Air circulation was horrible, AC IN room was good but extremely loud. Not the best

The hotel has a grand entry feel; beautiful decor- generous guest amenities free water bottles, and also items like razors . Laundry room was complementary. Special shout out to the bar staff great service. The hotel building needs some TLC - over all had a pleasant time it meet my needs! I would stay here again!!!

Amazing

Location is great, amenities are surprisingly fantastic, little out dated, good value for the price. Almost forgot, each room receives 2 complimentary drinks at the bar per night, which is a very nice added bonus. Checkout is at 11am but you can push to Noon.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. Clean rooms.

The hotel needs some attention. The halls look like they’re falling apart.

While the hotel has a cool sixties vibe, and is fairly clean, the place needs updates. The hallway carpet is coming up and wrinkled. A major trip hazard. The room furniture looks old and the one lounge chair is dirty. This was the same condition in another room we were in. The front desk folks on the evening shift were not very help. My brother in law booked his room two months prior and they couldn’t find his reservation. He had to spend 45 min haggling with the front desk after a six hour flight instead of just getting him room and settling the matter the next day.

When checking in they gave me a card that did not work to get into my room. Had to walk back down to get a new one. Went into the room after getting the right key card and everything looked pretty good until we hit the bed. Bed sheet was dirty and had white stains on them. Had to take off the first layer from the bed because of the stains there were. Some stains appeared to be white, blood drops, and dirty smudges. When we hit the second layer they were ok but that’s where the white stain was at. At this point we didn’t want to think about anything else because we were so tired that we stayed there. Also drawers wouldn’t close and would open after closing it. Checkout is at 11am and at 9am cleaning services tried to come inside our room! I put the do not disturb sign out on the door knob and still decided it was ok to open the door? Not ok! Didn’t even knock or anything just decided it was ok to come in. Overall experience sucked. I won’t be staying here no more!

Overall, our room was fine. It was a bit weathered and the bathroom was small. The restaurant and bar were nice.

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. The remodeling is much needed, be glad to see the finished results.

We did not get the room that we booked and they did nothing to make it right. Additionally, this hotel seems to be falling apart. There was also two giant noisy parties going on in the hotel which made it inconvenient. Lastly, there is only one ice machine available to guest on the entire property and it completely ran out of ice.

Nice facility rooms are large and comfortable not crazy about the extra 27$ to park and have water in the room and a complimentary drink but I don’t drink restaurant was good

The hotel was good. My only two complaints are the sassy front desk night agent who was still sassy after she realized she was wrong AND me getting charged for smoking in the room when I NEVER did.

They allow pets but have hidden fees for resort and pets etc. pretty standard roadside motel.

The hotel is beautiful. The bar, restaurant, room were clean. The staff was professional, friendly and helpful. The carpet in the halls was gathered along the center. I’m not sure if they are planning on replacing it but it could be a tripping hazard.

The property’s location is great and close to many restaurants and the freeway. I thought its interior needed some upgrades that’s all. The staff is all helpful and friendly. It’s good value and a 5 minutes drive to the place we needed to be this weekend so that’s a huge plus!

TERRIBLE Air Conditioning, super old heating didnt work

The hotel was nice but there was no power when we woke up till we checked out

My room was next to someone that snorred so loud I couldn’t go to bed and I heard it all night

In much need of maintenance 😫 not what we were expecting.
