We reserved two rooms and only one had A/C that worked. We were also awoken to construction right outside our window every morning around 6 am.

Close to the train station

Seemed expensive for what we got.

30 minutes out from the old town walking, however close to the train station and bus stop for easy convenience. Did not pay for breakfast as it was 23-25 euro per person. Clean hotel room.

Adequate city trip hotel close to main station and just 15min walk from city centre, Breakfast very extensive and good quality, rooms spacious Staff at front desk sometimes little bit confused, cleanliness okay but not perfect

Run down property. Shower wasn’t working and dirty.

Overall it’s good. But the bathroom needs ventilation.

We booked 2 rooms for one family. We recieved the first room and were told the second one is still not ready. When it was we found out that it was in the other end of the corridor. When asked to relocate to a closer room we were told the hotel is fully booked. The AC in the first room was not working we asked for service. The service came and reset the control panel and told to call if the room does not cool in one hour. Nothing changed the AC kept on blowing hot air instead of cold. When called we were told that technical service should attend and unfortunately there is none on duty as it is a weekend. When asked for a room change again we have been told that the hotel is fully booked. During check in there was a long que meaning there has been rooms checkin on the same day. So we can not understand how two rooms close to eachother and with a working AC could not be provided.

Close to train station. Staff very nice. Not crazy about the area. Buffet breakfast was good on Sunday but had to bring my own tea (don’t have black tea/English breakfast/orange pekoe however I saw “plain black tea” in the lobby on last day so it does exist). Monday went around 830. There was very little food, a few buns, hash browns were gone and they ran out of hot water. Paid 23 euro for a small bun with cheese

Hotel is close to the train station so it is very convenient to get to and from the inner city. The construction in front is a bit noisy during the day. The rooms were clean and cozy. Dining options nearby mall. Overall a great stay in Salzburg.

Horrible property, non smoking room had someone's sock covering the smoke detector and the room smelled like a cigar bar. Tried to open window but a huge building construction project is going on next door so 400 men with big machines starting at 5:00 am. Blow dryer inop, toilet barely flushed. Says Airport Hotel but airport is 35 minute taxi ride. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY. I will be requesting a refund on my stay.

Front desk staff extremely helpful. Area is close to the train station.

Nice place next to train station and bus stop. Easy to take public transportation to city center or 20 minute walk.

The hotel is not in a great part of town. Close to the train which is a bonus. The air conditioning in our room wasnt working so we called the front desk & were told there was nothing they could do. I asked to be moved & they said they were sold out which is hard to imagine since we've seen about 20 people here all day. The hair dryer doesn't stay on for more than a minute. I usually have good luck with Wyndham but wouldnt recommend this location.

Nice place to say

When we arrived the room wasn’t ready and they told us they were currently cleaning it. So, we left and came back 3 hrs later and when we walked into our room it was supposedly “cleaned” but the room wasn’t vacuumed at all, there were dirty socks that belonged to someone before us under the bed and the tea kettle and mugs were also not cleaned out from the previous guests. When housekeeping came to refresh the room the next day, they didn’t even refill the toilet paper or Kleenex. The rooms and hotel are very run down and in need of some serious updating. Oh and they are doing MAJOR construction next door so it’s very loud and dusty everywhere. Whenever I return to Salzburg, I definitely will not be staying here.

We stayed one night here route from Budapest to Munich. It was a very good hotel, close to station and centre of Salzburg. Our room was large, with separate seating area, fridge and water. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Convenient location within walking distance of the old city. Excellent service when we checked in. The area around the hotel is under construction, which was the only negative.

The hotel is located near the train station which is great. The AC did not work so the room was incredibly hot. It’s also next to a large construction site that starts early. Good for young children who are into trucks, not so much for anyone else.

Even though I showed my passport at check-in, your stuff forced me without a glance at it, to fill in several items such as passport No. and born place in the registration card. In other words, your stuff didn’t confirm who I am. The room I stayed was facing to the street samely as the hotel, there was a lot of noise from people and cars in the middle of the night. At the entrance, there was garbage scattered. But your stuff looked not notify that.

Construction site next door and they started at 7 am . Our rooms were on that side of building so woke up early . Not hotels fault but they should try and put people At other side of hotel. Other than that it’s a very nice hotel and staff

It’s clean and walking distance to the bus/ train station

Room was not very clean. No top sheet on one of the beds. Air conditioning did not work well. Construction site across street very noisy with work beginning around 7:00 a.m.

The hotel is right next to a construction site that starts very early in the morning and goes into the evening. It is extremely loud inside the hotel room and we were woken up super early every morning by the sound of jackhammering and machinery. The room itself was large but the air conditioning was not working great and the shower was not clean. When we brought this to the staff’s attention they didn’t seem to care. We understand there’s nothing they can do about the noise but at least have a notice on your website making people aware before they book and when someone brings a cleanliness issue up just address it.

Our room has been upgraded to the executive floor but the toilet is a bit small and we were able to enjoy the floor facilties. Nevertheless, we appreciated the upgrade.

Very convenient and nice amenities

Our room have been upgraded but facing a construction side. We heard some noise. It didnt disturb us much as we were out most of the time. However, for those plan to stay longer in the room shall request for room facing other view.

Spacious room with tea and coffee making facilites and a black-out curtain. Great the hotel has a sauna and basic gym (treadmills), with a small swimming pool (latter not used). Good location close to the railway station with lots of public transport possibilities at a three minutes walk. The large construction site nearby is not really a problem as the windows shut tightly (and Austrian construction sites seem to be not very busy at any time, anyway ;-)

Bonus is the electro chargung possibility, very confy family room

Great location near bus, train, taxi center. Lots of food options in walking distance.
