As always, we enjoyed our stay here. The cost has gone up so now I trot use points so we can stay here when Farmington. Comfortable, quiet, safe, good climate control in the room, great shower, outstanding breakfast.

Clean, quiet and comfortable room. The breakfast was delicious with many fresh options including eggs, sausage, waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate.

Good place to stay for the price and has a good breakfast. Beds could be better and would be great if the toilet's were higher.

First of all the patio door was unlocked and slightly open which automatically made our stay a bit uncomfortable. The beds have memory foam which isnt ideal for a person with a bad back like me. The water in the shower was clogged and you can guess what its like showering. It was clean and cozy. Plenty of towels. Staff was great. Breakfast was ok. Biscuit and gravy was cold and thats all they served until we left we seen they had finally made eggs which was a bummer. Plenty of items to choose from at breakfast otherwise. If your travling through for 1 night then i would choose this place. Good luck and safe travels.

Terrible stay. A/C kept us awake all night. Beds were very uncomfortable. Trim on flooring was missing.

Outdated, stained, peeling wallpaper, stained towels. Wouldn’t stay again. Definitely not the excellent rating.

I stay here everytime I drive back and forth from Texas to Utah and Wyoming and have never had a bad stay in 8 years.

Hotel was old and outdated, could tell it used to allow smoking, although there were no smoking signs posted, the old odor of smoking still lingered. However, the room was clean.

This is an older hotel in a practical but not charming neighborhood. However, the rooms are clean, the staff helpful and breakfast was good. So if you are simp looking for a place to sleep, this is a good choice.

When i checked in everything was super simple, there wasnt any hassles with my onling booking. I do understand its not a 5 star resort but decent enough to stay in for a quick trip to farmington.

The staff was very friendly despite the condition of the hotel. Breakfast was great; always looked forward to grabbing a bite before work. The room itself was not too great. The shower curtain was dirty, the bathtub was not clean on my first night, but the staff was very helpful to fix the issues I reported. I wish I could give it a higher rating.

Clean. Needs upgrating to be a 9 plus rating .hallway carpets slightly worn . Lobby bsthroom has broken stall door .

Walls are paper thin. Heard the person with a cold in the next room all night coughing and sneezing and blowing their nose all night. For 3 nights straight.

This hotel may not seem so new anymore, but it offers all the comforts you need. Only I did hear the hotel guest next to me coughing heavily through the connecting door. The staff was VERY friendly and the breakfast had a lot of options (hot meals included) with very smooth service!

This is the third time we stayed here. We love the people here and their breakfast is super. Helen who has been in charge of breakfast for 17 years(?) was here again. We were so glad to see her. The continental breakfast is so much better than other hotels'.
The room we stayed had wooden floor which we loved. Wooden floor is so much cleaner than carpeted floor.
A great hotel. We will stay here again.

The location was handy to everything in town. The rooms were comfortable and the surroundings felt safe. The motel served a full breakfast with a number of tasty options. We stayed three nights and would stay here again if in the area.

Room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Plenty of thick towels. The room decor took us back to the 80's. The hotel could do with updating but, still clean. They are dog friendly and have a great expansive grassy area in the interior courtyard. Would recommend.

Was unable to shower in the morning the water was cold. When I inquired I was told that the maintenance person would be in soon. I was with a party of 4 3 from England and my husband. None of us were able to take showers as there was no hot water. It was embarrassing. This is America not a third world country If you own a hotel then the basics should be included. Shocking!!!!

We’ve stayed here multiple times; it’s always a pleasure. I had to use points to afford it this time. Rates have gone up. As a vendor at trade shows, the higher charges increase our overhead. But this site is well-managed and welcoming.

This hotel was oversold. The pictures of the lobby don't show the back of the hotel where you park with Dumpsters and there's a skunk issue. They rent by the week and it looked like people live there sitting around outside with crockpots on little tables. Loud cars in parking lot all night coming and going every 15 mins. My bathroom floor was covered in water in the middle of the night when the person in the next room took a shower. It was a long night...not going back.
