The rooms were very nice and spacious.

The elevators weren't working. NO indoor pool and we paid extra for breakfast and they didn't have any. So that was a boomer.

The heater didn't work. Pool was closed no continental breakfast

Comfort and location

Elevator not working I was on 3rd floor Housecleaning knocking the door 8 am every morning. I stayed 3 nights and it was annoying she walked in one morning. 🙄

I had the bfast burrito and it was delicious. The bar tender was great and the breakfast counter lady was awesome. Paid the extra for a suite, and I was pleasently surprised at the size and quality of the room. Beyond my expectations.. I'll stay there again, and for 30 bucks more you can get the king suite, and it's well worth every penny.

I didn't stay there due to no pool and construction....I was referred to a sister hotel by an employee...but I was still charged to my bank for staying there...but we didn't stay....we checked into a different motel that evening...I'd lice my money back...please ...

After reserving and paying for a room on booking.com I was told upon arrival that there was no room available. When I asked the question, so you're saying I don't get a room that I've already reserved and paid for? The clerk responded with we don't have a room with a king size bed but I can put you in a double Queen. I explained that my height necessitates a king size bed, which is what I paid for, because otherwise my feet hang off the end of the bed. The clerk then backtracked and said they had a king size bed suite available and reluctantly upgraded. It was interesting that they attempted to downgrade first after seeing there was no room available instead of upgrading first and instantly making the problem go away. That is poorly used discretion in my opinion. The hallways were shabby looking and the shower curtain rod was ready to fall out of the wall. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable.

The air condition was not working. The room was really hot.

When I made my reservation, I requested a room on the first floor because I use a walker. The lady at the front desk completely ignored me and basically said “your room is on the second floor, thanks” We had to go to the front desk for more towels. We found a pill on the floor from the previous customers. Proving that the room is not vacuumed or cleaned very well.

there was nothing to like staff was not helpful. Everything was closed down. Pool, cafe, bar, no buffet it was an awful experience
