We loved Las Brisas. The resort is beautiful and the casitas with their pools and views are beyond words. The private beach (La Concha ) also is very unique. The salt water pool is complimented with a regular pool. The food at the restaurant La Concha and the on site pool is outstanding. We can't say enough positive compliments about the manager, the staff, the bartender Leonardo. The views from the Sunset Bar and drinks are outstanding. There is also a gym, spa, and two restaurants. You never have to leave if you don't want. Just fantastic and relaxing.

The staff in the beac club is mean, they left a bunch of people stranded waiting for the shuttle for more than 1 hour, on the sun, way over 40°C, causing some of us to develop sunburns and dehydrate. They didn't offer even a cup of water while they were sitting on a shade with a fan. They took almost 2 hours to bring some nachos, which ended up saggy and disgusting, and they even got angry when I decided not to tip. Not going back, the place lost its charm for which was known back in the 80s and 90s.

Travel with kids this hotel was an amazing experience in Acapulco. We were upgraded to a private pool room, the food was great in all restaurants. The room service worked perfect for us because with kids is hard to get out to eat. The club de playa is amazing, excellent view from the restaurant La Concha. The staff was always nice and courteous. We will definitely n come back!

This was the absolute best experience at a hotel I have ever had. I booked 3 nights, then loved it so much that I booked another 4 nights. Because of my Platinum Expedia status I did get upgraded which got me a room further up the mountain with even more privacy. I was upgraded to the Brisas Beach Club with a private pool. EPIC! The service was so great. They have these safari jeeps that pick you up and take you wherever you need to go and they arrive fast. I never waited more than 3-5 minutes for a ride. The food was great. The beach and pool was awesome. Beautiful beach club. Don't order a bottle of wine from room service. You can buy it at the Pink Shop for 199 pesos. But room service charges you 449 pesos. I realllly didn't like that. Especially because I invested so much during my stay. This hotel is a real experience. I loved it here. It was very healing. I will come again. Seriously, look no further. Enjoy your stay!! -Kai

It was an amazing and unique experience, one of the best hotels i been to, perfect for couples who want to get away and want something different from the typical hotel experience, very secluded and one of the best views in all acapulco, definitely gonna try and go back as soon as posible.

My room was in front of a high way and it was noisy all day long. They told me they were going to deliver a free small breakfast and it was only coffe and bread, not even fruit, I didn’t take it the bread didn’t look good. I couldn’t rest properly and the bathroom really need some remodeling the rest was nice and clean but the bathroom and amenities are so old
