Great as simply a bed for the night. Mattress rather noisy and no air con although plug in fan was very efficient. Good breakfast for the money. No lift.

Breakfast was limited choice & not very well cooked. Soggy Hash browns were not nice. The room was spacious and clean, although the decorations were somewhat dated. The worst point was the HUGE MACDONALDS next door, with thousands of people queueing to get their fix of fast food.

Hotel is in poor conditions. it looks old and much worn. major issue is cleanliness; it needs a big improvement. pillow covers with stains, towels replaced daily but sometimes they are stained. I will not come back

Location is good , as it’s nearby where I need to get too. Can be noisy if guests are sitting outside late at night, also was woken early 4.23am by what I thought was dustcart collection.

The hotel is very tired and needs updating. Carpet was dirty, the dresser top was dirty. The room was a good size.

staff were extremely kind and friendly. Even provided maps of surrounding area to assist our beach journey navigation! Room was clean and well presented. Would certainly return in future.

I thought that the property was economical for what little amount of time I was spending there. Even though the room was clean, the shower curtain had a lot of mold on it and needed to be replaced. The bathroom really needed an update/renovation. An elevator/lift is needed at this location.

Located right on top of the main road but had a nice room view over farm fields so it was quiet and peaceful enough to feel like we were relaxing.

This hotel doesn't have an elevator or a dinner service.

I wanted somewhere friendly and discreet. This did the job excellently.

Regularly stay at this hotel, very good location for this section of the coast especially Littlehampton. Rooms are clean and simple, food is generally good.

This is an amazing hotel. It is modern, clean, but with character still. The staff were friendly and very helpful. There were two small downsides. 1.The breakfast was pretty bland, with cheap sausages and bacon. 2. With the very close McDonalds and BP petrol station, getting in and out with the car could be a pain, and there is no way you could get to it easily when walking. The latter is obviously not their fault, but the former they could work on. We'd stay again, just skip the breakfast and go to the local Beefeater instead.

The property is easy to find and very convenient for onward travel. Reception staff very helpful and friendly.

The rooms are a good size and staff are friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was adequate and plentiful. The problems with this hotel was the smell of dampness in the room, just before we left we found the net curtain had mould on them in a few places. Toilet didn't flush very well and don't use the cold tap on the shower as the hot water is not very hot.

Our stay not successful. Tried to get into the shower and mat would not stick. Went to put shower on and it broke in my hand couldn’t turn it off and get soaked before I could get in it flooded the floor as the head of shower broken too.

A great place to stay! Nice and clean, warm and comfy. Lovely staff and a good car park. Very peaceful. Can’t go wrong; I’ve been coming here for 23 years now and I still think it’s fantastic.

This hotel is absolutely lovely , it’s lovely and clean . Staff are very friendly and welcoming . Mahamied who was currently training was very friendly, nothing was to much trouble for him . I witnessed him help a few elderly people with their breakfast . He really is a credit to the team there . Any questions he would answer with no problem at all. The breakfast was also lovely there was a good choice of ceral , cooked, toast, yoghurt and fruit . The room was lovely that we had lovely and clean and the tea and coffee and biscuits were filled up daily . Honestly one of the best places I have stayed . I give this hotel more then 5 stars ⭐️ it’s is that fab . Thankyou for making my stay with my grandmother so lovely and welcoming . Will defo be back

We thought the property, service etc were excellent, and as we only had a breakfast this was excellent too. The only downside, and this is being very picky, was the tired look of some of the bedroom furniture. Other than that everything was very good.

Hotel is outdated, no lift, grubby carpets, very 1980s. holes in curtains, badly in need of updating. Clean sheets, comfy bed quiet at back but cows mooing a lot in early morning ha ha. noisy at front which faces garage and macdonalds. Breakfast was cheapest possible ingredients, limited range of food, cheap bread. Just bog-standard. Not worth £125 per night. After long day out, returned and they hadn't made up my room. had to relocate to another room. staff very friendly, but everything cheap = even the ironing board was rickety outdated and had no soft cover to it. All very poundlandy. And they dont do dinner.
