Amazing staff. Going through a full renovation but my unupgraded room was still very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Some of the nicest people I've ever encountered at a hotel.

New owners. Breakfast is always good and drinks are always available. The hotel is being updated and new beds are definitely needed. Quiet for being so close to the airport. Bob Evans across the street is a bonus.

We traveled to celebrate our anniversay here. The staff was great, they helped make it a special vacation for us, and I would stay there again in a heartbeat because of how gracious and accommodating they were.

When I arrived I was informed that the elevator didn't work and my room was on the 3rd floor. My husband and I are senior citizen and have no business hauling luggage up 3 flights of stairs. After sitting in the parking lot for 15 min. trying to figure out how to get in touch with Hotel.com (to no avail) we were finally helped to get to our room. What a mess.

We stop here for a short layover to get some rest. It was good for just that I wouldn't recommend staying long periods of time. The staff was friendly from the lady who picked us up to the guy that check this in and check this out. The hotel is old and it kind of looks like a local mom and pop kind of place with some homemade holiday decorations. We did not have the breakfast but the apples and bananas were fresh and delicious. I would say it's decent for the value.

The beds were very hard which isn't my favorite. The elevator didn't work for a day when we were there and the staff said it's broke a lot. Showers were a little dirty. Staff was very helpful.

The hotel was clean and average for a Best Western property. The breakfast was very good BUT...the hours for breakfast were not good. Breakfast ending at 9 am is too early, 10 am would have been much better especially since we were on long weekend vacation.

There was no soap in bathroom so we had to call the front desk. I thought front desk clerk could have been friendlier. Only 1 thin blanket on bed so we couldnt use air conditioner. In room refrigerator froze our beer.

Convenience shuttle to airport. Have enjoyed stays before, but last stay I was put in a 2 queen beds, instead of the king bed I reserved

Beds were good, breakfast was nice, it was quiet and convenient to airport. Stayed one Wed night then again the following Mon--in the same room. The sink drainage was never improved, kleenex was never replenished, and shower is very weak but was warm.

The elevator was out. 3rd floor room. When I asked what would happen if that didn’t work for us i was told the reservation would be cancelled and we could find someplace else at 10:30 pm. The room was ok, but the toilet ran.

Did not like that the elevator was not working and there was nothing available on first floor. I am handicapped and had to lug my large suitcase up the stairs. Also, requested a wake up call and did not receive it.

Good staff. Decent breakfast, some hot options. Close to airport. However, the building and everything in it smells like a wet cigarette. And the shuttle they offer does not run on Sundays.
The smell of the place alone makes it a no for me.

Best Western Airport Inn & Suites Cleveland hotel room and bathroom were very nice, clean and large. The king size bed was comfortable. The breakfast was average but okay, the coffee was good! We would stay there again and recommend this hotel has a decent price.

The room we were first assigned too had a funny smell. we requested a room change and the staff accommodated us immediately. Clean room fit our needs for an overnight stay. great indoor pool

The property is having upgrades I guess that's what you would call it. For the amount I paid I thought the breakfast would have been better at least. Sad to say, but I will not stay there again. Just not my type of atmosphere.

Our room was so so dirty, I had to ask for a vacuum cleaner to try to get some of the dirt and debris off the floor. I was there to go to the Cleveland Clinic for my health , needless to say, we left a day early, didn’t even ask for refund just left would never stay again

The neighborhood was a little sketchy. I didn’t feel totally safe there. The hotel itself was fine, but the keys would not unlock the side door so we kept having to walk around to the front entrance. Our keys kept deactivating on their own and we kept having to go to the front desk to reset the keys so we could get back into our room. The room had a weird smell. There was some water damage on the ceiling. The shower was gross, lots of build up on the walls and floors. The shower floor was flat with the bathroom floor, so the water would just spray the whole floor even with the curtain closed. The mattress was very firm with flat pillows. Overall, it was fine, just things that happen I guess.

I liked that it had an indoor pool and was clean and close to the airport.

The rooms smelled extremely musty from having the AC running and not being able to open a window. No electricity from a tornado and there was no urgency to get it back. Front desk staff very lazy and miserable.

I stayed here for one night before flying out of ClevelandHopkins Airport. It was a quick trip to the airport (approx 5 mins). It was a great location.

The property is old,the room was dirty. I have to buy my our detergent in order to clean the floor. The rug was dirty and stain. The towels old and stain. We asked for an extra blanket and we got a blanket with a big hole on it. Give back to the front desk. The mattress was so bad that you can feel the spring. The sofa bed was old and dirty we have to covered it with a blanket.
Breakfast was good and the lady that was serving the breakfast was very sweet.
