It was dirty the inside of the building was nasty most definitely not worth what I paid didn't even stay it was that gross 🤢🤢🤢and the shower water was cold smh👎👎👎👎👎👎

The first roomwas very dirty. It was needles in the drawer he just left them in there The bed wasn’t clean the toilet over flowed so he had to move us to another room which was split between a door and the kids were too loud. We hardly got any sleep.

Nothing worst hotel I ever stayed in so dirty and the heater and air didn't work

Both receptionists were rude and not professional. When I checked in, one receptionist told me to wait for 5 minutes till the room is ready. He left and didn't pass this information that I'm waiting to the one working after him. The second receptionist was rude. They take deposit only in cash, which I didn't have. I had no idea that I needed to have cash for the security deposit. It took almost an hour to check in, The shower head in the room was plugged and it was hard to take a shower. Checking out, I had to wait for another 20 mins for someone to go check the room and come back to give me my cash security deposit. The worst ever

They was able to get us a room quickly after the experience of the horrible room that we had booked somewhere else. They was friendly

I really enjoyed the view and the location was close and convenient. The room was clean and smelled good.

The staff was rude and non helpful. None of the appliances in the room worked. The microwave didn't even have the plate, I requested one at 11am and did not get it till 1am the next day after second request. The hair blower didn't work and had to leave with wet hair. And I didn't appreciate the check in agent making a copy of my credit card and when I mentioned it to the check out agent to see if that was a normal process, she seemed defensive and told me he didn't copy your credit card , he copied your Driver license, when I asked for the copy at check out, she refused. And started quoting procedures in California. I told her, I didn't rent in California, I rented in Cleveland. She was bothered with my inquiry, never gave me a receipt and was short and rude..

Very outdated, ran down, middle of nowhere, roaches, uncomfortable pillows, terrible lighting, elevator looked like it was from the 1930’s

was disappointed overall and I was shorted my deposit money… I called and haven’t received a return call from the manger yet… It’s been almost a week… I will never return‼️‼️
