Hotel is of a good standard-it was clean and comfortable with modern decor.There is a small car park with very limited spaces.The breakfast was good.The hotel is about is about 25 mins. walk away from the centre of the city and tourist sites.

I wasn't that impressed with the Hotel Rotonda upon arrival. I had some air conditioning problems and could not move rooms until the next day.. We did receive another room on day 2 and things went much better! I have to say the front deks staff were very helpful and my additude changed greately after seeing their good response to our situation. A shout out to Mania and John for their help. P.S. They have a great buffet breakfast every morning!

The hotel was fine for my business purposes. My room was large and spacious, and they did my laundry well. The buffet breakfast was well prepared and their fresh brown bread was really good.I had an evening meal which was cooked to order and an enormous portion, Taxis were ordered when I needed them and came quickly, The worst part was the terrible pavement outside the hotel with potholes and loose paving.

Good location, very close to the train station and buses. Room was ok but bathroom was below expectations - dark, dingy, dirty shower curtains and handheld shower head with the holder set waist high so no hands free showering. Had cable TV which was good and strong air-conditioning.

1. The hotel is located in the middle of China town. Very sketchy neighborhood with a lot of trucks and sales/dealers all around. its a far (and quite unsafe at night) walk from the center. Especially at night, you need to walk pass some bars and dark allies. Definitely not a walk-friendly location for women and singles. 2. 3 of the 4 front desk staff were all very rude, and absolutely unhelpful with any questions. All our basic questions regarding parking, walking tour, shopping etc - the answer was "it depends". 3. free and safe parking is not guaranteed. they asked us to park on the street, which, as mentioned above, was always busy with sketchy people walking around.

The hotel is located far from the city center. It seems that is renovated but it doesn’t look so once you enter the room especialy the bathroom. There were hair all around. The guy at reception was very very nice. He spoke good English and was very polite. Have us breakfast for free! Over all the hotel wasn’t worth the money we paid.

very beautiful hotel very helpfully people very clean room...but they are 30 minute or 4 euro away from the setters of Thessalloniki.

Small breakfast area, only one elevator, patking space on the sidewalk of the neighbourhood. Good room, good furniture, child bed was placed before we asked. Close to the One Salonica outlet mall-450m. Coffee machine in the lobby for 1 euro.

The location is good, i.e. about 300 metres from the railway station, close to supermarket. Suitable for only overnight stay before transit leaving to any other parts of the Balkans. Quite disappointed because there was no washer/dryer as advertised in hotels.com and not even around the neighborhood

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the train station. The breakfast was good, the room ok but the shower recess need the grouting cleaned and the shower curtain should be replaced immediately. The wallpaper was hanging off the wall in one corner. The neighbourhood left a bit to be desired and its approx. a 30 min walk to the main shopping/eating area.

The traffic on the busy street below could be an issue if one is a light sleeper. The hotel may be something of an independent business persons hotel (non-corporate type with an expense account).It is functional. John at rhe reception desk speaks very good English, having lived in Australia for ten years. My room on the 7th floor had a balcony, which offered a view of the city below.
