Excellent property. Very clean, spacious and had everything we could need. Pool/backyard are excellent! kitchen fully stocked. Neighborhood very nice. Nothing but great things to say! Highly recommend!!

Our daughter lives in Phoenix so the rest of our family came out to spend the Thanksgiving holiday with her. This home was perfection. So well appointed, great layout - seems all needs were anticipated by the host! Stunning and fun backyard. We hope to stay here on our future visits!

This property is exactly what it looks like in the pictures. It’s beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and user friendly. The host is very responsive and helpful. There was an issue with the pool the first day of our stay and it was addressed within an hour of us notifying them. She answered even the silliest questions and was very kind. Highly recommend this rental. We’ve stayed in several and this is one of the very best.

Our stay with family for a birthday get together couldn’t have been better! There was so much to do on the property, and everyone had such a fabulous time. This host has thought of EVERYTHING, and this is by far the best-stocked, short-term rental we’ve ever stayed at. We will be staycationing here again for sure! You won’t regret booking this property!!

We came to the area for a golf trip and this property was incredible. Lots of beds for our group, pool was amazing and having so many options for lounging made it for very enjoyable afternoons hanging out. The house was spacious, very clean and A/C worked great. Highly recommended for a large group looking for a great hangout spot. The communication with the hosts were great.

What an awesome place. Absolutely loved it and hope to rent this again next year. 10 of my friends came to the area to golf and we basically stayed at the house cause it had everything we needed.

We celebrated our 40th Wedding anniversary, by inviting our children and their spouses and grand babies! Location ideal for families! Walking distance activities. Home has outstanding amenities! Manager went above and beyond for us! Outdoor living space was like another home for our family daily!

This VRBO is too good to be true! Beautiful home remodeled & decorated like a showroom with every detail well-thought out for a comfortable stay. We cooked breakfast every morning, and the kitchen was stocked perfectly. Beds are very comfortable, location is quiet and waking trails located a stones throw from the house are convenient. My teen son played pool for hours. Upscale neighborhood and safe too. Glad we chose this house because it surpassed all expectations!

We stayed at Pinnacle Palms for a week in March 2023 and the house was perfect. We had 3 children under 12 and there was plenty for them to do during our downtown at the house. Pool was great and the owners clearly put a lot of effort into making it a wonderful home-base. Great location with many convenient shopping locations for whatever we needed. Shantell was great and very responsive, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was a good experience. We truly appreciated her personal touches. I would highly recommend this property for a family or even a group of friends as the bedrooms are spread out nicely within the home. Thank you for making our kids first trip to AZ memorable!

This luxurious property is even more fabulous than the pictures. We had a family celebration that included ages 14-90, and there's something for everyone. The hosts special touches did not go unnoticed. They have truly thought of everything. In addition, any question we had was quickly answered!

Our stay was fabulous, 5 stars all the way, accomodations, beds, towels showers, the kitchen was well stocked for entertaining. games, pool table, poker table and putting green! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to this well run and well appointed home. Thank you!

We loved everything about this home/property. It obviously is newly remodeled with all of the nicest amenities. They really thought if everything. We spent several days just hanging in the glorious backyard, playing pool and cards. It was so nice to be in a rental where they provided all of the necessities during your stay. We look forward to returning in the future.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible property, and we could not have been happier with this wonderful home! The entire house is basically new after a complete remodel, and the grounds are also simply amazing. The golf putting green is awesome, wonderful swimming pool, and a very large and extraordinary covered patio in the backyard. There is so much to do on the property that we found ourselves spending much more time at the house than we originally thought we would. The home was very well stocked and had everything we needed for our time spent there. The hosts were also amazing, they checked in on us to be sure we had everything we needed and that all was going well; they genuinely seemed to care about us and the quality of our stay. We travel quite a bit and have stayed at many vacation rentals over the past few years; this is absolutely our favorite place! Thanks so much for making our vacation a great one, we will definitely be back again!

We have stayed at many vacation homes, and, by far, this one was our favorite! We spent most of our time, morning and night, outside. The backyard is amazing and we really felt like we were at a resort. Our kids played in the pool all day and we all loved playing on the huge putting green - horseshoes, yard games, ping-pong… or just hanging by the outdoor kitchen and the fire pit There was beautiful furniture everywhere that we could lounge on and just relax. We cooked most of our meals at the house and the kitchen had everything we needed including spices. Shantell was a great host and responsive to any questions we had. She even gave us a welcome basket with some breakfast items that were perfect for our first morning. We even had fun playing pool and poker inside and making margaritas in their margarita maker blender. All of the beds were so comfortable and felt like hotel bedding. We even had plenty of toilet paper which was a nice surprise - who wants to run to the store for these items while on vacation?? They also had a pack and play and high chair. We went for morning hikes on a trail right out the front door which led to a wonderful community park. This home’s location made shopping and eating out easy - several grocery stores and restaurants just a few minutes away. We had planned on doing a lot of activities out, but we were having such a good time at this home, that we didn’t feel the need to leave! Our host has gone above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We would highly recommend this home!!
