This house is perfect for large families or gatherings. The rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. The pool is definitely the highlight in the summer, perfect size and lots of seats and loungers for those enjoying the outside. Our host was very accommodating and helpful, easy to reach and took care of anything that came up.

This home was a perfect location for our wedding venue in Apache Junction. The pool was really nice and the home was large enough to accommodate our large extended family. Due to our late wedding and really early flights, the check-out process was a lot (more than other vacation homes we’ve rented). It wouldn’t keep us from considering this home in the future under different circumstances, but something to bear in mind.

This home provided the perfect gathering space for our family celebration nearby. The property manager was kind and prompt in responding to questions. Everyone had their own space. Check in & check out was simple. The privacy of the pool & patio was just right. We thoroughly enjoyed both the pool & hot tub.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Pool and hot tub were definitely used a lot. There were a few plumbing issues with the house, but the owners were quick to arrange someone to fix it. It didn't hinder our stay. The location was fantastic too. I would consider staying there again.

The house is great and if you need anything the owner is quick to respond. We had a 65th birthday and 10 of us altogether so the beds were important and the house met our needs. Pool and hot tub were amazing. It is close to everything and we really appreciated it. We would rent again for sure. Thanks for having a great place available!

Awesome home to stay while on vacation. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Property location was great and was easy to go wherever we wanted to go. Beds were comfortable and house was well equipped. Pool and hot tub were great. Would defiantly stay again.

The house was very well maintained, clean, and the beds were super comfortable. There was only 1 dish rag and 1 casserole pan… so we had to go buy some sponges, dishwasher pods, throwaway 9x13s, and laundry soap. Luckily there’s a grocery store less than a mile away and it’s literally the perfect distance from Apache Junction (Superstition Mountains), Phoenix, and Scottsdale.

Your home was in a good location for us.There was enough room for everyone and having 4 full bathrooms was nice. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen had all the conveniences we needed.. The pool and jacuzzi were great! We would stay again if came back to the area.

The property was beautiful and Cory our property manager was always available. We suggested more outdoor lighting would enhance the property for later barbecues or swimming. There was an inside rod lock for the sliding glass door to protect the 3 toddlers from the pool so we could supervise them when swimming. We will certainly stay there again with our large family. This rental is very clean and open! It had plenty of space for our extended family of 14. We loved the outdoor space and pool. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed for making food to feed our crowd. The neighborhood is close to many stores and restaurants. The beds are comfortable, plenty of extra towels and bedding. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend!

The house and yard were beautiful and spacious. The amount of rooms, beds, and bathrooms was perfect for our extended family group. Our group enjoyed the ping pong table. and lounging outside around the pool. The owner/rental assistants was quick to respond to questions. Our only complaint is that the garbage cans in the garage were filled with garbage from the previous guests.
