My family loved the house so much and decor/location. Said it is incredibly charming and even got to meet the very kind owner. Thank you for a lovely stay after a long day of driving. Highly recommend.

All the amenities!

Charming older building. Great front porch. Comfy beds. Clean. Didn't use kitchen so don't know how well supplied it is. Bathroom is jack and jill with no exhaust fan. Was pretty foggy after one shower.

This four-unit home provided a great location to downtown Mobile. Easy access to bars and restaurants made this spot a definite return-to STR. The shotgun design had two bedrooms separated by a bath, laundry room, kitchen, desk area and separate dining and living room with a large TV. Outdoor patio/balcony fronts Goverment St, and is great to enjoy morning coffee, or evening cocktails. Whether intentional, or not, the best surprise for us was the Unit #1 parking space, which had an electrical outlet we could use to trickle-charge our EV. All parking is covered as well. We wont hesitate to schedule Unit #1 again when our plans call for a stay near downtown Mobile.

Multiple times staying with owner and property. Great location to downtown and activities. Great value for stay. Comfortable apartment, large space for 2 adults and 1 teenager.

Conveniently located down town Mobile. Walking distance to many nice restaurants!

We came in for the Senior Bowl and this place was just what we needed. Close enough but far enough away from the craziness. Clean, fully equipped, and good area.
