Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I recently stayed at a vacation rental that sadly did not live up to my expectations. This review is not one I take pleasure in writing, but I believe it's important to share my experience for the benefit of others considering this property.Upon arrival, I noticed that the air conditioning wasn't functioning properly. Given the high summer temperatures, this was a considerable inconvenience. I immediately contacted the property manager, hoping for a swift resolution. However, the response and action taken were far from satisfactory.Despite the urgency of the matter, the property manager didn't show any sign of immediate action. They seemed content to let the issue go until day three of our stay, which was unacceptable given the sweltering heat. It was only after I exerted significant pressure that they finally took action.To compensate for this major discomfort, the manager promised a reimbursement. I reluctantly agreed, hoping that at least I would be compensated for the inconvenience. However, this promise turned out to be empty. Despite multiple attempts to communicate with them and resolve this matter, my messages have been ignored.This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. A vacation rental stay should be a relaxing and enjoyable experience, but ours was marred by a lack of functional amenities (the theatre room is in the garage with no cooling) and poor customer service. The indifferent attitude of the property manager coupled with the failure to live up to their promise of reimbursement only added to our frustration.While I understand that technical issues can arise in any property, the way they are handled makes all the difference. Unfortunately, in this case, the property management's response was inadequate and unprofessional. This is not an experience I would wish on any traveler, and as such, I cannot in good conscience recommend this vacation rental.

Loved the location, close to all things we wanted to do. The air didn’t work the first day, they sent someone out to fix it and I got better. The last night the air didn’t work at all entire house was 80 degrees. Two family members slept outside as it was cooler out there. The back yard had a lot of weeds and wasps nests so was co corned for the kids getting stung. The house was the perfect size for what we needed just felt for what we paid for it could e been better.

We were looking forward to relaxing in the rear yard but found the furniture and grill to be dirty.

My son had his bachelor party trip and stayed here with friends. Plenty of space for all of the guys. Nice backyard but definitely surrounded by many close homes. They had a great time on their trip and he even got to go to Estes Park a couple of times. It was an easy location and easy check in. Coffee maker was broken but no other major issues. They had an absolute blast and enjoyed watching movies in the theater also. Thanks for the stay!

The house is exactly as pictured, plenty of space and lots of big bedrooms! We really enjoyed the home, we had 14 people for a BBQ Graduation celebration! My ONLY complaint is that the kitchen is SORELY under equipped. There were very few things needed to cook and serve 14 people, and the house sleeps that many so it’s expected the guests will cook. Otherwise the place is awesome!

The size of the house was perfect for our group, however I thought it could have been cleaner and stocked a little better in the kitchen. Only three large mugs were provided for coffee;would suggest a few more especially since the house is advertised for 14 people. Also, I thought the “theater room” was misrepresented in the listing. It appeared to be in a basement in a large space, but was actually in a garage converted for this purpose. Not very appealing or inviting for all us.
