Communication was awesome and the home is even more beautiful than pictured. The home is larger than pictured and my family of 10 had more than enough room. The home was immaculate, great location, pool was awesome, docked our pontoon at their dock and easy in and out and, we would love to rent again.

The house looks to be brand new and was perfectly accommodating to our two families. Having the docs right out in front is perfect along with unlimited use of the kayaks, the neighbors are great as well! We were pleasantly surprised to see the bunk room downstairs because it allowed our preteens and teens to have their own space to enjoy. A Bonus was that we got to bring our family fur baby And she enjoyed the lake, just as much. We will definitely be back!

Cottage Cove is an amazing property! We rented 4 of the now 5 cottages - Starboard, Portside, Top Side, and Anchor - for my 50th birthday celebration. Nearly 40 family and friends were able to enjoy the pool, lake, and comforts of home for four days. It was a great experience! We had wonderful host gifts in each home, and the host was very responsive when we needed vanity light bulbs changed in one of the bathrooms. We had the pool heated for night time swimming. We were able to dine at pool pavillion as well as on patios outdoors. We fished from the dock and from our boat that we put on the water via the marina across the street. We grilled and hosted a brunch with a private chef. We didn't get to use the fire pit or outdoor fireplaces, but we hope to stay again to enjoy that as well! The Cottages are a bit expensive, but well worth it for the luxury and convenience. It is truly a beautiful property and the pictures don't fully do it justice. You won't regret booking here!

Beautiful and immaculate property. Perfect for our family for Thanksgiving weekend. House floor plan is perfect for a vacation property. We all had a wonderful time and would definitely return!

We had a wonderful family weekend at this lovely, well appointed home! Setting is beautiful and lots of conveniences and restaurants nearby. Kerri's very responsive replies to all our inquiries were much appreciated. We would highly recommend this rental for a fun, yet relaxing lakeside getaway.

Our family had a wonderful time at topsail cottage. The home was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. While we enjoyed being inside the cottage, the outside offered our family endless entertainment. The views of Lake Oconee are beautiful. We enjoyed kayaking, cornhole, and smores by the fire. We are looking forward to our next visit.

We had a great time. The house had a great layout for two families with children. We enjoyed the pool, kayaks and dock. We plan to come back!
