We liked the safety of the building. It was quite calm and the communication was good.

They dind't refill water and bath gel on the following days.

The place is close to the mall and is fairly easy to find.

We had to ask for towels for all four of us. We asked for a early check in and was told we could check in at noon or 12:30. Are plane landed at 9am so we decided that we would eat something in the restaurant at the complex. We called around noon and they said it was almost ready. I called back at 1 and they said your still waiting. They had someone from the place bring us to the apartment. The kitchen dinner ware needs to be at least a setting for four people. We didn't even have drinking cups/plates for all of us. Over all the place is nice but remember to reinvest in items for your guest so they will want to come back.

The restroom was very smelly at night and the elevator was always getting stuck and wouldn't work the beds were hard the furniture was a little old had holes and un comfortable

The facilities in the building are great; the pool and gym are always clean.

The apartment did not match what is in the pictures. The apartment needs some upgrades ie the couch and bathroom also needed maintenance. A lot could be done to make the apartment feel cozy.

was a nice space for our family, loved all the cleaners and how welcoming they was. they did an excellent job cleaning for us everyday.
