Location has always been its strongest point. The rooms are okay, but it could use better upkeep.

Our room was very nice with ocean view. We were on top floor, only 4 stories.

breakfast was same every day. Only had 1 small coffee maker, so some days, a very long wait to make cup of coffee. The partying that went on the beach across road until all hours of the night. For 5 nights straight, no sleep. The last night the party happened to be on the patio adjacent to our room. There were only 2 rooms on our floor and these people were staying on another floor. ANYWAY, they were partying until 6 a.m. I finally told I was going to complain to management, they tried to stop me by grabbing me. I could have pushed them over with a feather,they were so drunk! Trashed the whole place. Thank goodness we left that day for Vietnam.

La chambre spacieuse et la piscine agréable

Nous y avions séjourné en 2018, la propreté de l’hôtel laisse à désirer. La route qui longe la plage a retiré à l’hôtel tout son charme. Les jolies balançoires ont disparu. Déçue par rapport à 2018.

Room was nice and pool seemed good too (I didn’t use the pool). Staff was accommodating and helped us when we didn’t have hot water. All was ok. For breakfast we asked to make some eggs and the prepared a nice full breakfast.

There was not much to do in the area, but if you come for beach and sea it’s perfect. We were there not in the weekend so it was quite calm. The story of Sihanoukville is a bit peculiar, but that has nothing to do with the hotel.

Most of all from staff service were excellent very well trained, polite and helpful. The room is spacious, food’s great.

The wifi connection was bad

I stayed with Naiya sea resort for one night, it was amazing. Nice room with sea view , staff so friendly, nice swimming pool and the breakfast so amazing. I recommended this resort.
