I like the cleanliness of the hotel. Some of the staff was nice as well

We booked a standard queen room with 2 queen beds and got put in a room with only one queen bed and as a family of 5 this was hard for us. And the office refused to fix the problem. I called the site I booked off of they said only the office could fix the problem. I called corporate they said it was on the front office. So as for meeting your needs or correcting their mistakes it was horrible. We were not allowed to have any extra towels the most they would do is trade out dirty towels for clean and we only had 2 towels so you already know 2 towels with 5 people didn't work without having to constantly switch them out.

It so nice to stay at a hotel like this one that's BRAND NEW like only 3 weeks open. My room is AWESOME and VERY comfortable. I recommend this place to all my friends and family. Lastly, the entire staff here ARE EXCEPTIONAL!!! Keep up the GOOD WORK 👍!!!!
