there was a cockroach in the sink when I arrived.
I did not see any others during my stay.
The staff was kind enough to get me another pillow to use under my legs as I have back problems.
Overall the stay was 9 out of 10.

Highly recommend! Great location in Orange Park, close to highway+ felt fresh + new + safe (well lighted parking, professional + responsive staff). Rooms + common areas were clean + recently painted. Beds were comfortable + appliances (microwave, full size refrigerator, cook top stove were clean + looked new. Staff went out of their way to help make stay comfortable + felt like family within a day. Thanks again Willy + Keith (maybe we will meet your brother Kevin next time)!

Beds were hard a rocks , plus cockroaches and half a roll of toilet paper . Never will stay again . Someone knocked on my door twice in the night time scary when your a woman traveling alone .

We had to stay only due to no power from the hurricane, I booked room and when we got there, we were told no rooms were available. I had already paid for it ahead of time. Eventually they got us into a room. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The walls are paper thin. Between the room above us stomping and the room beside us partying and hitting the wall, we didn’t get much sleep.

Staff needs to be extremely educated on how to be respectful even if they feel the guest is uneducated in the rules of the establishment. If you are not going to refund unused paid in full nights. Then it should be made aware through all communication with who the establishment has allowed to sell and represent said establishment.

There were multiple hairs (noticeably from multiple people) on the bed sheets, and all of the towels. The floor mat was the cleanest linen in the room. If cleanliness was improved, then the booking price would be much more justifiable.
