Great location for a quick stay to explore Colombo.

Great new hotel. Great service, food, clean. Staff is exceptional. Breakfast buffet was great. Bottled water provided daily. Would have preferred plastic single-use bottles instead of the heavy glass bottles.

Nice property but bad location.

The service was excellent, breakfast was very good, many options available, rooftop pool and restauarant was wonderful, we came in early and they arranged an early check in as quickly as possible, rooms were very well kept (two years old construction or so) . Definitely I would stay here anytime. I had come with my wife and she also enjoyed her stay in this hotel. Kudos to their very affable, smiling front office staff as well as the restauarant staff

Great service and kind helpful staff at this hotel. Nice views of the sea, lovely rooftop pool with bar and restaurant. Nice spa for massage in the hotel. Safe and comfortable place. Very clean and with good service and in house vehicle for transportation and tours. Owned by a Canadian of Sei Lankan origin I was told. Breakfast buffet has plenty of choices, Sri Lankan local flavours. For the espresso you can get it on the ground floor at the cafe.

The room lights are low lumens and the lamps have dark shades. Felt dingy. The shower knob to shift between floor faucet, handheld, and top shower would get hot and I had to use a towel to do so. The bidet spray and tissue roll were on the back wall of the toilet making it difficult to reach. They don't put a spare tissue roll in the room. The towels are thin. You have to bang the doors to close. The hotel made a critical mistake of giving our room key card to another guest who tried to open our room door at 4AM! (the slide lock prevented the door from fully opening). Absolutely horrible management. Breakfast was good. We had to checkout early because of change in plans and the hotel wanted me to get confirmation from Orbitz that it's ok to check out early. Such nonsense.

Very clean and nice service

We had such a great experience when we stayed at the MaRadha hotel during our recent visit to Colombo. Chalani and Madshan at the reception were exceptional with their hospitality, went the extra mile to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back next time we are in Colombo.

We loved our stay here. Such a beautiful hotel with lovely views over the water. Everything was modern, new and clean. Staff were brilliant so efficient and friendly and went out of their way to make sure you were enjoying your stay. Breakfast was a tasty buffet with lots of choice and good barista coffee. The roof top pool was relaxing with amazing views. A little more shade would be great. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

It’s an average hotel but claims to be a 4 star hotel. Staff is friendly and facilitates are basic Corridors and Staircases are having foul smell so use the lift. It’s right on the beach so the view is pretty.

Fantastic staff in a spotless hotel. Comfortable beds and a reasonable breakfast. Buffet selection could be improved and installing a conveyor toaster would hugely spped things up.

Its a new hotel, every visit to Colombo recently, i have watched it being built, clean comfortable and the staff where great, There's food and a bar available, i will stay again Next to bambalipitiya railway station easy to go south towards kalatura south or into Colombo, supermarket and shops within 5 minutes walking

It had amazing views from our room, the room was clean, the staff were very friendly and the food they provided was delicious. would definitely recommend.

I stayed here twice. On both occasions I received excellent service, rooms were very clean and well maintained. Management is friendly and very accommodating. I had the pleasure of enjoy the highest quality of food at Royal Code restaurant. Immaculate sea view from the roof top is priceless. I am looking forward to my next stay at Hotel MaRadha. I would recommend this hotel to both business professionals and Families.
