Our room was very nice. Very clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants and shops. Pool was nice. Close to the beach.

I loved the location, I loved the comfy bed, I loved the room except the bathroom! The ac kicked butt nice and cold the pool was awesome all around I really loved it!

the bathroom shower was very dirty looking and very small! it really needs upgrading, and the rooms are not so private the blinds on the door do not keep people from seeing in you should add some privacy curtain and I also think you should have blinds on all the windows along with the curtain, I did feel it had much privacy what so ever! I will book here again but I’ll bring stuff to make the room more private

Great location close to the beach.

The location was great. The atmosphere was fun. The room and grounds were very clean . The check in and out was excellent and easy.

All around an amazing facility, rooms are quiet and super clean. Located away from the busy chaos on a quiet street.

This was our second stay here. We love the proximity to the beach and the downtown experience. We walk to and from Pier 60 and feel safe all times of day and night. The place is well maintained and clean. I like the full kitchen in the 2 bedroom apartment like room. I feel like it is a good value. We will stay here again.

Love the location, the size of the apartment and the comfortable beds.

We did wish for a couple little things. One being a larger skillet for cooking, and some baking sheets for the oven. Something to wipe counters with, such as Clorox wipes! And lastly a better shower curtain set up, every time we showered, the bathroom floor would become soaked, even with the foot towel down.

Classic old Florida. Super clean, fresh paint, plenty of free parking, good communication from host wonderful clean, warm pool with lots of loungers.

The bathrooms could use a facelift but it was clean and everything worked. Small shower but great shower head. Could use one like it at my own home.

I liked the layout and design, and sitting areas by the room.

Filthy. Sheets had large blood stains on the corners, concerned for bed bugs, slept in vehicle instead, guests blaring music until 3am. Had to wear flip flops in the shower.

It was clean and in a great location

I paid for a double deluxe but only got a single bed and room instead. The shower was small also. Also, I had a hard time communicating with the owners of the property so that they could straighten out my reservation.

the apartment was very nice and comfortable. we enjoyed the pool.

We booked as a party of seven celebrating a birthday and the app recommended an apartment with a 2nd room. We were under the impression that they would be adjoining rooms. However we were extremely disappointed that the rooms were two buildings apart making it difficult to hangout as a family on our downtime. As for the single room there was no ac access in the second room forcing that person to leave the door open with no privacy. The refrigerator also didn't work consistently. Our neighbor thought it would be funny to blast on a Bluetooth speaker what sounded like a porno through the door and after several minutes of this we tried to contact someone on the property and never received a call back. We did have children with us and this was inappropriate. Overall we won't be staying again as a large group given the layout of the rooms.

The furniture was extremely uncomfortable. Overall all the corners of the place looked dirty, gave the appeal that it wasn’t clean. The pool looked completely different than advertised. There was no dresser/table to put items on top of (todo makeup/ get dressed) in the bedroom room making it tough to get ready. otherwise great location & easy checking in. has great potential!

Simply ideal for what we wanted, perfect location, parking right outside, clean, comfortable, great staff, no one in your face, pool was great, never too busy. All the utensils you need, good supply of basics left for you, will definitely return 👌.

Coming back home 😄.

privacy and accessibility

shower floor could have been a little cleaner

so bright sunny and clean. cutely decorated. comfortable bed. I liked the beach towels being there and access to beach chairs. 👍🏻 perfect location so close to the beach and in a quieter location. but close enough to walk to all the shops and restaurants. got to see the sunset every evening. liked being able to walk to the bay or beach. the pool was nice clean and perfect temp. nice quiet polite neighbors. loved having our own kitchen which had everything we needed including a coffee pot. and access to the patio to eat or sit outside. beautifully landscaped as well with palms and tropical plants. very safe and comfortable feeling like at home. I’m very glad we stayed here and would come again.

Loved the pool and how close it was to the beach.

That someone was smoking weed and it was coming in the bathroom. Also the bathroom faucet was VERY hard to turn on. Then at night we had to ask someone to quit speaking so loudly outside.

the neighbors can be heard very easily through the walls I could not sleep during my stay, that I will say was very inconvenient
