The staff were friendly enough, the rooms are clean if not very small. No amenities in the rooms, ie not kettle, water or infact anything. The Hotel is however located in an ideal place next to the beach and a plethora of local beach bars and restaurants.

Was given room in house next to main hotel building with loud dog barking from inside adjoining room all night. That was a new one. Won’t be revisiting.

Stay away. Rude staff, no parking, lift doesnt work, toilet smell on staircase, bad pillows. Arrived at 3.30pm and room was not ready, sink doesnt work. Was there for one night, we couldnt wait to leave. Again Staff not helpful.

Would have enjoyed the proximity to the beach more if it hadn't rained the whole time. Lovely little shopping street and playground very close by. The room was comfortable and clean.

In the middle of Scheveningen, 1 block away from the boulevard and beach.

The hotel staff, room and location were wonderful! It is very easy to get to from Den Haag Central Station! The location was great because of all the restaurants and being so close to the beach! The staff were all so friendly and helpful! We will definitely return the next time we visit Den Haag!!

Paid twice for a room on accident staff refused to be accommodating and I was met with hostility and disrespect when trying to find a solution to the issue.

It was quite good. the room was very clean and the view was wonderful. It is two minutes from the beach and the city is easily accessible. However, at the moment there are road works in the area, So the otherwise close public transport is about 10 minutes walking away.

Noisy hotel. You can hear conversation from a room to another.
Breakfast is an adventure. Sometimes there is coffee sometimes not. Sometimes it opens at 7:30 sometimes later.

Only one issue that needs to be emphasised and that is the rooms are very compact/small with no real storage facilities. The hotel is ideal for very short stays say two or three nights. Staff are great and friendly.

The room was very comfortable and the location was Amazing! Just steps from the beach, short walk to the Pier or downtown. Staff was very helpful.

This hotel was adequate for a short stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel is located near the beach. However, I cannot recommend this hotel because the staff member I spoke to at the front desk was incredibly rude; I have never been spoken to in such a condescending and aggressive manner. There was also a hole in the towel provided in the room and a small amount of noise from outside.
