The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

Everything was great, the one small issue was the wifi would not connect to the tv’s in the bedrooms. The other small issue was the outside spigot did not work to rinse off our coolers and chairs.

It was a great location and the place was awesome size we really enjoyed it!! Only would like that they would clean the floors better but otherwise it look good

It was a great place to stay.spacious for what we needed. Parking was good also.close to the beach about a 5min drive. Location was close to everything. Neighborhood was quiet. Would definitely stay again. Only down fall was wish there was a grill outside for cooking. Was disappointed in being charged $25 for an early checking of 2hours

Check in was super simple. Parking is a little tight in the garage but there is a spot outside if you have a truck like me.
Property was clean and there was instructions and local guide of the area which was nice.
Location was perfect as far as proximity to the beach. We were able to do a treasure hunt which ended with myself proposing to my now fiancé. We can’t wait to go back 😎

We had a great time here. The location to the beach was awesome. They had everything we need aside from food of course. Even beach toys, which my daughter really enjoyed. We will definitely stay here again!

The rental was perfect. We had a couple minor maintenance issues and the rental team responded immediately. Cold AC and clean. I do recommend the rental owner provide a BBQ Grill like others we rented in the past. Overall, the place was perfect.

It was very clean, spacious and roomy! Plenty of places to sleep. They even have beach stuff to use which was very nice, so we didn’t have to buy anything. I would definitely recommend this place and stay in the future!

Ceiling fan in bunk bed room didn’t work so no one slept in there but other than that it was a great property! Ceiling fans are easily fixed!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sandy Toes in Beach Haven. Our unit was clean and comfortable and only a short walk to the beach. There is lots of beach equipment to make your beach vacation memorable. We really enjoyed walking the .8 mile seawall daily. The unit could use some updating but worked well for us and we have rebooked the unit again for next year. Staff at Padre were great to work with and any issues we encountered were handled very quickly. We recommend this unit.
