Wonderful experience! So much attention to every detail. All amenities you can imagine and perfect outdoor vacation….boat launch, dock, firepit, swing, kayaks, patio seating and beautiful landscaping! So beautiful and comfortable inside as well! You will not regret staying here!

A great location on the lake, but also close to Davidson and Mooresville if you want to go into town. Kids and my dogs had a great time swimming in the lake. Kayaks and other toys in the shed were great to have available. Well kept property. A great holiday was had by all.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The location is amazing, and the house had all that we needed. The owners really thought of everything for a getaway on the lake. We would definitely stay here again and also recommend to friends!

We visited Mooresville for business and decided to stay at Water's Edge instead of a hotel. It was a great decision! The property is beautiful and we enjoyed the lake view. The local guide that was provided was very helpful for recommendations for coffee and breakfast. The home itself is older, but nicely renovated. Would definitely recommend and would stay at a Lake Escape property if we visit again!

Stayed two nights with some longtime friends. We had a wonderful experience. The house is very comfortable, tidy, and organized. Hosts Adam and Jessica have clearly considered not only what guests will need, but also what they might enjoy. We especially liked the coffee/tea bar, the fire pit (stocked with plenty of firewood), relaxing in the deck chairs on the dock, and having kayaks on-site and available for use any time. Wish we could have stayed longer! Thanks for a lovely weekend.

The property was spotless and was in a great location for our purposes. There were too many extra fees that make the cost of the rental far beyond what was listed.

Absolutely loved our stay. Great scenery, location was amazing and the owners have thought about their guests when it comes to amenities. We will mostly likely stay here again if it is available.

I LOVE to fish. This home was perfect. Very very clean. My husband is 6.5 so it made showering a little difficult but the shower itself was amazing. We was able to put our pontoon in the water right from the back yard. Evenings we fished off the dock. I cought something huge that broke my line. The tv's are rokoo so get yourself familar with that. I couldnt figure it out. I had a hard time finding our local channels. We will be back for another couple days of fishing.

I stayed with family for four days and thoughly enjoyed this house on the lake. It was immaculately clean and the lake was beautiful! Would return!

We loved staying right on the lake. The house has everything you need to have a fun filled lake vacation. We will definitely be back! The property managers were very responsive and it was easy to communicate with them. Loved the fact that we could bring our little yorkies with us too. This house was perfect for a group of friends for a long weekend. It looks tiny from the outside but feels spacious as soon as you walk through the door. The kitchen is well-equipped and there is plenty of seating for a group meal. The location can’t be beat - 3 minutes from groceries and 15 minutes from Davidson and Cornelius. We would definitely stay here again!

Can’t say enough positive things about this little place. (Much bigger on the inside than it appears, by the way.) Great place, outstanding communication with owners. Home and outdoor spaces are incredibly well equipped. Everything is very well thought out. We’ll be back!

What a perfect place for a family vacation! There was plenty of room for us, our two adult daughters, son-in-law and a dog. We brought our boat with us and had a fantastic week on the lake. The house is newly renovated, spotlessly clean, and incredibly well-stocked. Jessica has thought of every detail you can imagine. Highly recommended!

This house was perfect for our family of 4. So clean and updated. Also very well stocked with kitchen & bathroom supplies. Outside space was a lot of fun with the dock, kayaks, paddle boards. Would stay here again.

This was my first time ver using Vrbo and doing a house stay. I was blown away by how great Jessica was in communication before and during the stay. The house is absolutely cute and in a great location. It’s bigger then the pictures show and was very cozy. The kitchen was fully equipped, so it was great to be able to cook meals. The showers were great, water pressure was perfect and both roomy. Beds were very comfortable, slept like a rock. We took full advantage of the paddle boards and kayaks as well as morning coffee on the dock. We hosted a surprise lunch for my parents (they had no idea I flew in from the Middle East) and spent the whole day hosting them and swimming, grilling, laughing and just enjoying the lake environment. The neighborhood is safe and friendly. I was able to do a few morning 5K runs and always met other residents who were friendly and would stop and chat. Totally felt safe as well. Everything you need is provided…. and there are several grocery stores near by for such. As far as the area goes, tons of restaurants and breweries and they even provide a notebook listing out great spots to hit up. Overall, a great stay. I have already recommended it to many friends and I will definitely book here again for my next trip back to Lake Norman. Jessica is an amazing host, always available for questions when needed. Above and beyond!!

We enjoyed our short time here. The place is perfect, bigger than what you would expect. This was the best furnished VRBO we’ve stayed at. Everything you need plus all the fun stuff. Very well thought out touches throughout the cottage. The boating on lake Norman is incredible and very easy. The cottage is located right around the corner from two marinas that make it easy to gas up. We will be back.

Was a beautiful house. Feels much larger then it looks. Pictures were accurate and was deffinatly a pleasure to stay at. We were there for jeeptastic in troutman it was a little chilly when we were there so we didnt take advantage of all the water activities that were provided by the host. Would deffinatly stay again if it was available.

We loved this cute A-frame! We stayed with a 1 year old and two pups. This was easily one of the top places we have ever stayed. The home is in a beautiful location, is clean and up to date, and has everything we needed for a great stay. The communication was excellent. And it’s so close to everything you would want to do in the area. It wasn’t warm enough for being in the water, but we could tell they had many great things to enjoy the lake. We would definitely stay again!

Our stay here was wonderful. We had 2 couples and 2 dogs with us and there was plenty of room for everyone. The inside and outside were very well maintained and clean. Communication was very easy with any questions we had.

Lake location is very close to several breweries and local attractions. Loved the clean lined decor that tied in the architecture of the house. Very well appointed coffee bar and the owners were very responsive.

This lake house is the coolest place I have stayed. You may think this is a small house but don’t let it fool you, the main floor is very spacious. We had 2 couples stay with 2 40 lb dogs. We had more room than expected. The upstairs king bed is so comfy and so is the main floor king bed! As far as amenities, you have it all! The view of the lake from the sliding back door and the windows in the upstairs bedroom….amazing, not to mention sitting on the dock and watching the sun rise with a hot cup of coffee is all I could have asked for. We used the outdoor fire pit every night and there was wood and fire starter supplied by Jessica and Adam. They thought of EVERYTHING. The house is stocked with board games, coffee K-cups, all the appliances are so nice. It was the best VRBO we have ever stayed at!
