This was an excellent condo. The owner supplied us with everything we needed to have a fun filled vacation. The location was perfect. Close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and pool. Joan our property manager was extremely helpful during our stay. We will definitely be back again!

We are a beach loving family and this was a wonderful place for our first time to Turks & Caicos. For us, it was an affordable way to experience the gorgeous, long walk-able white sand Grace Bay Beach. This condo is not ON the beach but at the entrance of the resort. The patio overlooks the main road which can have busy traffic but it's always quiet in the condo. The walk to the beach was not difficult for us (50 year old adults with teen children) and the resort property makes it a lovely walk. Chairs and umbrellas are at the beach so you only need to carry towels, sunscreen and books. If you don't want to rent a car and drive on the left-side of the road (like us), this is a great location. An abundance of restaurants are nearby along with a grocery store and walk-in clinic. The beachside restaurant at the resort had very good food as well. The condo had everything we needed and the king bed was very comfortable (I can be finicky about mattresses). You simply can't beat the weather and the water in Turks & Caicos. It was a wonderful spring break vacation for our family.

Easy process, efficient friendly and easy. Condo I understand is to be upgraded in Sept so the few older and working less than perfectly amenities will be fixed. Was quite good enough as was and had a wonderful stay and would go back to this accommodation for sure. Close to everything.

The condo is well equipped for our family of 3. Easy walk to the beach (about 4 minutes), The ownership changed about a week prior to our departure but the folks from TCI Blue honored all aspects of our reservation so there were no transition issues, which was great. Certainly would stay there again but truthfully if we had been more than 4 people, the available beds would have created other issues. Using the trundle, roll away and or pull out sofa would have made the areas available a lot more compressed.

Wonderful property. I was mostly concerned how far away the beach was but it really is just a short few minute walk! We were encouraged to rent a car, but I really don't think it's necessary. There is so much to do that's walking distance I would save yourself the few hundred bucks. I would definitely return.

This was our family's first visit to TCI. Shahad’s condo could not have been more perfect. It was clean and comfortable. So close to everything that you don’t need a car at all, although I rented a car to do some snorkeling at Coral Gardens after Shahad's suggestion. Everything from the beach, to all our meals, groceries, ice cream, and shopping was no more than a 15-minute walk, some just seconds away. Shahad was thoughtful in having everything you could need for a beach vacation. His communication from the time of booking to thoughtful suggestions to prompt responses to any questions I had was greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay here again.

Shahab helped guide us to make sure our trip was spectacular, he emailed recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to try, and ones to stay away from;) Gurvinder help book our excursions, which was perfect, she knew exactly what we were looking for. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for the week. The owners were easily accessible just a phone call away. A short walk to the beautiful Grace Bay Beach and right across the road for a very unique bakery and mini market. The condo owner is also a travel agent so set up a snorkel and clear kayak trip for us. They provided a recommended travel itinerary that was very helpful and was concerned about driving as it’s a British island. Definitely rent a car and see the rest of the island. Great area to stay right in the middle of restaurants, shops, and grocery store!! Thank you!!

It is an excellent property to rent. It gives you the amenities of the ocean club west but is more affordable. It has everything you need including 2 excellent bedrooms. Best bargain on the island

From the time we booked the property until we checked out, everything was perfect! The owners gave us lots of tips to navigate our trip….including restaurants, activities, and island life in Grace Bay. The beautiful condo had everything we needed, and was close to shops, restaurants, the pool, and the beautiful beach. Even though this was our first trip to Grace Bay, it won’t be our last! We’re looking forward to booking this property again.

Our family just came back from a wonderful and relaxing week at Shahab’s condo at TCI. Grace bay is amazing, with crystal clear ocean and white sand beach that stretches for miles. We’ve traveled extensively and visited many beautiful beaches including in the Caribbean and Pacific, but this was truly one of the best! Shahab’s condo at the Plaza at Ocean Club West (OCW) is very comfortable and conveniently located at the middle of Grace Bay, close to everything you need: the beach (most important!), restaurants, and supermarket are all within few minutes walk. The king size bed was hotel-grade and very comfortable (we are pretty picky about beds..), the large balcony was a great extra space, and having two full bathrooms (with many clean, white towels) were truly a benefit for our family of four with teens. The many floats and fins that were available in the condo were also very useful at the beach (there were also tennis rackets and balls). While staying at Shahab’s place at OCW, you get the benefit and convenience of staying in a resort (including access to the beach chairs, swimming pool, restaurant and COVID testing center) and cared by Jenny who is friendly and helpful. Shahab is extremely responsive and attentive, while answering to any question/issue in minutes. The 7-day itinerary and travel information were extremely useful and professionally prepared. Don’t miss the Deck at Seven Stars Resort (we swam and floated to the restaurant/bar on a daily basis) for the conch 3 ways, Mango limey, and friendly staff. As previous reviewer also noted, Da Conch Shack was also our favorite. Coco Bistro and Mango Reef, on the other hand, were not too impressive - we didn’t think they were worth the costs, but maybe good for a visit for an experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and love to be back! Thank you very much Shahab and Jenny for all your support and your warm hospitality!

Steps away from the most perfect beach, great property sharing most of the amenities of Ocean Club West, it's heaven! Shahab contacted me moments after I booked and made me feel welcome and put me at ease about traveling to TCI for the first time with just my 8 year old. Shahab and Gurvy made great recommendations for restaurants, and excursions, and provided a wonderful suggested itinerary for each day. (The only thing I'd disagree with is Da Conch Shack is great, not to be missed!). The condo itself is clean and comfortable, not exactly modern, but fully functional and provides everything you need. In terms of location, the condo is part of Ocean Club Plaza, a building with storefronts along the main road. Condo access is on the other side of the building from the main road, but the condo balcony overlooks the road, which is not especially busy but not serene either. Heaven awaits on the other side of the building, where you exit the condo steps away from the Ocean Club West facilities. A small path takes you past the main entrance, past tennis courts to the pool, beach, and restaurant, about a 3 minute walk from your door to Grace Bay beach, which lives up to the hype in my opinion-- powdery white sands stretching for miles, crystal clear calm turquoise waters, just perfect! Can't wait to come back!

We travel a lot but don't typically write reviews. However, we were so impressed by Shahab and his lovely wife, Gurvinder, we wanted to share our story. We were a bit worried about booking through VRBO for an international trip but it was worth it. Shahab walked us through the process step by step. He called us immediately and sent us 10 pages of information, including a list of their favorite restaurants and all the tips and tricks of enjoying the island. He even made arrangements for taxi service to ensure that we arrived at the condo comfortably and another service to the airport, which was a life saver. Listen to Shahab and rent a car! The pictures do not justify the condo. It's large, comfortable and clean! You had everything you needed. The location was perfect. Walking distance to EVERYTHING - big grocery store, shops, restaurants (the French bakery just across the street WOW), Urgent Care, including the COVID test center right outside. when booking any properties owned by Shahab, you are not only getting the 5 star service but also a personalized travel agent. We would not hesitate to book with Shahab again. Lastly, talking to many other travelers, they struggled with COVID regulations and getting approvals but our hands were held throughout this entire process. We didn't realize how lucky we were to have white glove service. The only regret I have is that we never got to meet Shahab and Gurvinder in person so I could thank them for helping us with this trip. Thank you!! If you are debating, please don't. You will not regret it!

My wife, our toddler and I had a wonderful experience at Shahab and Gurvinder’s place for a week. It was our first post pandemic trip and was everything we were looking for— a two minute walk from the beach, a great pool, and super close to amazing restaurants. Shahab, Gurvinder , and Jenny (point of contact in T and C) were very welcoming, helpful and facilitating. We actually stayed on the resort for most of the time because our three year old was having such a good time by the pool and on the beach but next time we will avail of the activities on offer. We didn’t get a reservation at Coco Bistro but had a delightful dinner at Grace’s Cottage. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend.

We were in T & C from The 13th to the 20th of December. Grace Bay has recovered nicely from the hurricanes and OCW is in great shape. There is still reconstruction going on at other resports but most are up and running. The residents are delightful and always in good spirits and are cheerful; they haven’t let the destruction get them down. The condo at the plaza OCW is bright, spacious and there is everything you need. The beds are comfortable too, which is always a concern for us. There were plenty of spices and some condiments provided which was also helpful. The unit is a 5 minute walk to the grocery store and you’re directly across the street from the best bakery I’ve ever been in - everything is delicious. You are also walking distance to all the shopping and to many restaurants. The walk to the beach is thru the main OCW resort, and only takes a couple of minutes before you’ve landed on the nicest beach in the world. It’s a beautiful walk thru the gardens, fountains and pool area. The only reason this doesn’t get 5 star is because you’re not directly on the beach and the living room furniture is a little worn. My husband and I and another couple stayed at Gurvinder and Shahab's - Plaza at Ocean Club West, and it could not have been a better week. This was our second trip to the island. Our first stay was at Beaches Resorts. This time, we decided we wanted to get off the resorts and do a little more island exploring so we decided to go through VRBO to rent a condo and thats how we came across this one. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable, quiet and relaxing (yet fun) stay. Here are the "Pros" of the condo: The beds were like sleeping on clouds. The location could not have been better. We were a quick two minute walk to Graceway Gourmet (supermarket), CoCo Bistro (AMAZINGGGGGG restaurant), Cafe across the street (Get the quiche!!), Danny Bouy's (bar) and the provo shops. Not to mention the condo is just steps to one of the most pristine beaches in the world. Gurvinder set up our two scheduled excursions for scuba diving at Dive Provo (request Selma to dive with you - she is hands down the sweetest dive instructor we've ever dove with) and we also did the Sunset Cruise with Sail Provo. We were on the fence about keeping the the sunset cruise reservation and we are SO happy that we did. Not only was it a great time, the sunset was gorgeous! (and the rum punch was STRONG). We also got poached by a sales person during the week for a snorkeling tour with Island Vibes Tours, and although the snorkeling wasn't anything great due to the overcast weather conditions that day, the rest of the excursion was a BLAST. (again, the rum punch was STRONG). Shahab emails to you a long list of recommended restaurants and sites to see. We unfortunately did not get to try them all, but will be back to try those that we missed! The "Cons" of the condo: NONE! You are in paradise! How could anything be bad!!?? I highly recommend staying at this condo. The grounds are well kept, the staff was extremely pleasant, and as mentioned above, the location was perfect. This was exactly the fun - yet relaxing - trip we were looking for. Thank you Shahab and Gurvinder for your hospitality and allowing complete strangers to use your beautiful condo. This is a trip we will never forget, and we hope to return next year!!

As the title states this was our second time staying in this condo and for us this is a perfect place and location. In fact, we had two other families that came with us this year so we rented three Plaza condos from the owner. If you’re looking for a two bedroom, great value, great location, and a clean place to stay I don’t think you’ll be disappointed….see you next year!

Pictures are accurate. Communication was prompt. Check-in and checkout was easy. We love the location as everything we need is within walking distance: supermarket, a dive good shop (Dive Provo), and lots of restaurants. We mostly just hung on the amazing beach when we weren't diving. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had a good coffee machine, and was sufficiently well stocked to make simple meals, which was all we needed. Beds were comfortable.

We stayed for a week and enjoyed everything. The owner is very responsive and their assistant was very helpful. The unit is very close to a grocery store, a bakery, car rental offices, ice cream shops, etc. A bigger shopping mall is also within a walking distance. Being at Grace Bay, snorkeling companies provide a shuttle. If you rent a car in a nearby office, you can easily go to Long Bay, Bight Reef, and Smith Reef. Driving to Chalk Sound was not a problem. Overall, the unit is clean and has all the amenities. It is in a great location and you can use facilities of Ocean Club West (i.e., pool, fitness center, tennis court, kayak, paddle board). It was a great vacation for us. And, if there are some clouds, in the afternoon, you may see the bottom of some clouds with emerald color from the ocean, which was very beautiful.

My husband and I have stayed at Villa Del Azurra on a few occasions now. We always look forward to coming back. The owners are so attentive. They have treated us like extended family. The resort is great. Clean, beautiful beach, absolutely no need to rent a car, some of the nicest restaurants on the island are here at your fingertips, only a five minute walk away. There is a nice clean gym on the premises. The unit itself is spacious, well equipped, newly upgraded mattresses are soooooo comfy. Water pressure is great. We spend a fair amount of time in the unit so all of this is very important to us. Also great selection of channels on the TV. WiFi is fast and reliable. As you can see, I really like this place. :) We have already booked for next year. Thanks again Sean and Gurvy for being such great hosts.

We were very happy with this place. Location was excellent, 2 min walk to beach, 5 min to grocery store and 5 to 20 min to most restaurants. Ocean club west is well maintained and we really enjoyed Solana, the ocean club restaurant. Owners were very easy to contact with questions and provided great instructions for all general info one might need. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful vacation! We stayed in the 3rd floor condo which is beautiful and has everything you need. Big bed, big shower, stocked kitchen etc. Right underneath are some shops should you have forgotten anything. You can walk to anything. Nice restaurants, casual restaurants, exercise and a little convenience store to name a few. You can take a longer walk, which is still short, to an amazing market. We were shocked, it was like Whole Foods. We especially liked walking to the french market for delectable treats! We took bicycles out to go to the Salt Mill to shop and see the Potcakes. Potcake Place is a rescue for the feral dogs from the island that you can take for walks on the beach or wherever. The beach is great, we even sat in for a wedding. Just beautiful.
