We enjoyed our stay, have to say there were definitely some, actually lots, of communication issues. I’ve stayed at a lot of places and never had to “rage text” a robot at midnight until this stay. I did finally get to text with an actual human at 9:36 am the morning of our day of departure. A few recommendations would be have flashlights available and have fans for downstairs also having the “eco” setting was not good for us. 75 at night was to warm

This was the perfect place for 8 Peabody graduates to come together after 46 years from graduation. We could walk to campus and many new eateries in the area. Our favorite was the Barcelona Wine Bar. We felt safe and it was easy to navigate the area.

We had a great time in Nashville, and the house was in excellent condition. It was extremely clean, and its location was perfect. Walking distance to most things, with a simple 5-10 minute drive to everything else.

The house was absolutely beautiful & looked exactly like the pictures. It was so clean too! It was a little further from Broadway than we expected but there were a lot of nice shops & restaurants close by & downtown was an easy Uber ride away. Would definitely recommend this house!!

My family and I stayed in Nashville for a wedding and this was the perfect rental! Excellent location walkable to Vanderbilt, Belmont U and Centennial Park. Short drive to Broadway and 12th street shops.
Communication and check in was easy and the home was well appointed and spacious!
Will definitely rent again if we find ourselves headed to Nashville!

This home provides plenty of space for spending time with family gathering around the kitchen but also up on the rooftop deck. Love that it has all king beds and plenty of bathrooms! Clean and comfortable were a great bonus.

Place is awesome. Tons of space for our 3 couples in Nashville. Right on music Row. Place was clean, bright, spacious and safe. No issues or concerns at all. Highly recommended for a family or couples!

Property was exactly as described in the heart of music row. Tons of room on all three levels. Restaurants and coffee shop is 2-3 blocks away and the activities on Broadway are a 20 minute walk or short Uber trip. Great property and would highly recommend. Will be staying here again on our next trip to Nashville.

This place did not disappoint at all! Exactly as listed with all pics and perks. Close enough to everything for a quick Uber or short walk, but not in the middle of all the activity. JUST PERFECT!!! We will definitely be back.

We traveled with 4 couples and this house fit us perfectly! Great location, easy to find scooters and Uber rides were short to get into town. The house is beautiful and clean.

The house was beautiful and clean in a great area that was very accessible to all attractions that we were looking for. The host was very accommodating by letting us enter a few hours early with a very short notice. We loved the patio upstairs with great seating and a view! Everyone in the group made mention of how comfy the beds were. I highly recommend this home!

This place is great for several couples or a family! Clean, modern, outdoor space is a plus! Mattresses aren’t the most comfortable, and the dining room chairs aren’t comfortable and a couple were falling apart.

Clean, updated, large space. We had 4 ladies, so plenty of room and bathrooms! Easy check-in and good communications with management. The stairs with the luggage was a little tough...we are older;) But we managed. We loved the 3rd floor patio area and fireplace. Perfect for that October evening. Easy Ride to Broadway for music and drinks,
..and 12 South for Shopping!
Would stay again, but the kitchen table chairs need to be changed out. Feel like you're in a recliner.

huge multi level four bedroom ultra modern very clean condominium. Close to everything. Would highly recommend this condo.

The Only issue was with the BBQ Pit on natural gas. we could not get temp above 300. we had food that required high heat to grill. we made it work in the oven and stove thanks to our great cooks. Accommodations were good for 4 adult couples. It would have been great except for bathroom sharing between the two down stair rooms, but we knew that in advance. we would stay again and recommend to anyone .

Amazing property! Everything is how it is described on the site. We had four couples and the space was perfect. Enjoyed the roof top patio for our morning coffee and our evening beverages by the fire. Would definitely recommend!

We had 3 couples stay for 4 days to enjoy the music and other sights of Nashville. Several restaurants in walking distance and downtown Nashville was just a short Uber ride away with plenty of Uber XL’s to carry 6 adults. Great home, very comfortable for the 6 of us. Clean, well equipped, nice outdoor deck with fire pit. Would definitely recommend.

Safe neighborhood and clean house. We had issues with non working outlets and a TV while there; hopefully, that is something easy to fix. The manager was responsive when I let her know. We would stay again!

House was very well furnished and clean. Owner was extremely responsive and got back to me very quickly when I reached out to her. Very short Uber rides to everywhere we went. There were six of us so the house was very spacious and comfortable.

The house was fantastic. The only downfall for me was that we had the master bedroom which is on the 3rd floor. But it was well worth the climb. Also, the dining room chairs were uncomfortable. They looked cool but that was it. Communicaton with the property manager was not great. I tried to communicate through the App, and it took a few days for a response. I never tried to communicate via phone which by the way was offered when we checked in. It's just easier for me to communicate through the app. Other than that, it was a beautiful property.

Property was stunning. Spacious and clean. We had six in our group and there was more than enough room for us all.
Location was safe and it was about a 35 minute walk to downtown for our group. Would definitely stay at this property again.

This house was perfect spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. It was the perfect house for a weekend getaway to Nashville with friends. We loved the rooftop deck too, perfect morning coffee spot and after hours drinks. The property manager was great too! Responded quickly to anything we needed. When we go back to Nashville, we will definitely stay there again.
