The breakfast was yummy, the location was quiet and safe, and the proximity to old St. Augustine was excellent.

The barn style door to the bathroom was awkward to use and did not provide adequate privacy.

The cleanliness was not up to my standards and our room became freezing cold at night no matter what we set the thermostat to, the bathroom was out side of the room but not really a big deal

The 2 ground floor rooms shared 1 thermostat, weird. You aren't going to sleep well once breakfast starts because you can hear everything happening. The bed wasn't particularly comfy. And for the money spent I'd expect better breakfast than frozen waffles and poorly scrambled eggs.

The room can have more hooks/shelf for storage, same for the bathroom. There is no place to put toiletries. We also found out later the room was rented quite a bit cheaper than we paid so thats a bit of a bummer.

Everything was great ! If you like to sleep a little past 7:45am please note room 2 next to breakfast room can be loud with guests having an early breakfast; plus prep. Of course they need to prep ; and guests need to eat breakfast; but maybe a little ahead heads up if in room 2 on ground floor (next to breakfast room) can get loud . Otherwise; a very nice stay!

Breakfast was very good and made to order. Decor was beautiful.

No hot water in bathroom sink in room 5. Half sized bed pillows on a king size bed were too small. Better quality bath towels would be appreciated. Bottled water in room for coffee service would be great. Lastly, better sound barrier between rooms so not able to hear conversations of next door neighbors.

I liked the theme of the room and it really felt like an experience. The tub especially was a luxurious treat.

The body and shampoo provided were not labeled so we just had to guess. Also the breakfast in the morning was excellent except for the waffles which seemed like frozen store bought waffles.

Nos esperaban con desayuno preparado todas las mañanas y fue de lo mejor, las chicas estaban pendientes de cada detalle y la mesa para compartir era hermosa , cálida, nos hacian sentir muy bien. La atención súper y todo exquisito. Nos sentimos muy a gusto , cómodos y con una ubicación para ir caminando al centro y muchos puntos de interés . Tranquilo para descansar , fácil de llegar , sin complicaciones, y ellos teniendo todo listo para que disfrutemos desde el primer momento . Cuando regrese a San Agustín sin duda me hospedaré aquí .

Everything was great.

The room was phenomenal, the location is prime for walking around Saint Augustine. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the staff members were very friendly. Our room was wonderfully unique!

Parking is tight like others have mentioned. It's worth it to not have to find parking elsewhere but if you have the option to bring a small vehicle, leave your big truck/SUV at home.

Super convenient, located right near the historic district and has parking. The room was super clean and the house has a unique charm. The breakfast was delicious, they had some continental options to snack on while they provide you some hot options, like eggs and bacon! Cooked to order! Yummy! They also had a nice selection of drink options as well!

The listing stated a queen sized bed, but it was a full. And the beds are decent, but could use an upgrade.

The old theme

One of the staff with a foreign accent was the best. The other was rude. I.e.it was inclimate weather and I asked if I could go out the back door as my vehicle was only steps away. She refused to let me exit. The other offered it.

Well kept, close to downtown, everything in walking distance.

Property was conveniently located near St George Street. Adriana was wonderful. She made whatever you wanted for breakfast. Food was wonderful.

The bed was uncomfortable and probably needed replacing. The majority of lights in the bedroom/bathroom were not working.
