Stayed there several different times. Staff and facilities have always been wonderful. Very helpful always smiles.

It really was not as clean as it could’ve been. There were stains on the carpet, stains and dirt in the shower tub. In the bed comforter, there was a giant tear the size of a fist in it that was visible as soon as we walked in. There was a layer of condensation on the furniture in the room, which should be a concern of a possibility of mold. There was no good air flow. We were sweating throughout the night. It was not much of a comfortable stay, we didn’t sleep much. There was some sort of sewage smell in the bathroom. My guess is it’s because both the sink and tub did not drain well and would get backed up. There was water leaking through the carpet into the downstair ceiling tiles by the ice machine. It was really bad. Breakfast was terrible. There were lots of concerns, these are just the biggest ones. I don’t recommend staying here at all. I wish I would’ve taken pictures of everything before leaving.

I have been staying at this hotel for over ten years. This will forever be my home away from home. The rooms are clean, neat and have everything you could need. They just replaced the floors with fresh new carpet. Hot water, hot tub, hot coffee/teas, microwave, great continental breakfast, amazing location right near downtown, and more. Nardia at the front desk is absolutely amazing. I recommend this hotel to everyone!

Poor WiFi and not great breakfast and had to keep asking for fresh hot water in reception for tea

The room was a good size. Had microwave and refrigerator. Beds were comfortable.

The bath tub needs to be replaced or refinished. The night stand hasn’t been sweep behind in months. Need another trash can.

The room was very dirty. The new towels had eye makeup smudges all over them. The phones in the room were disconnected and not working. The sink plug broke and got stuck leaving us with dirty stagnant water in the sink for an entire day. We had to brush our teeth in the bathtub. When the front desk was informed, they acted bothered by the complaints and it took them a ling time to finally address our concerns with only the sink. We checked out and never received new towels and the phones in the room remained unable to be used.
