building looked new , lobby area is nice but no night duty person ,location is nice

when we arrived to the condo we couldn't find the building , once we found the building reception guy was going home he turned back and rang the property owner for 10minutes no answer , then he cancel the booking , we got in our car thinking where we can go to find accomodation for the night , than he come running and said he found the owner he is on his way , than owner come he gave us the keys , we carried out bags up than dead cochroach in kitchen , cleanliness i doubt it was cleaned from last accommodation, rang lobby nobody there until 7am which i had to wait 6am to 7am to check out , also no internet in the rooms as the booking.com says ,
