This has been the most beautiful stay we have had on our trip around Europe. The hosts were fabulous people and I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone, it was wonderful. The breakfast was superb and we found out at breakfast that the hosts do dinner also. We wish we would have known as we most definitely would have eaten dinner there too. This should be a 10++ rated place. We wish we had stayed longer, but will definitely return.

Laurent and Christelle were the perfect hosts. We were greeted with a cold drink which was much appreciated in 43 degree heat. The location is ideal close to Carcassonne and the recently renovated property has been beautifully completed by themselves. Very efficient air conditioning in the bedroom and outside a veranda overlooks a large pool sitting in a huge garden. Christelle produced an amazing professional standard meal which we enjoyed with our hosts. Laurent was helpful in suggesting local wines to try which didn't disappoint. Breakfast next morning was a stunning collection of homemade treats including orange muffins, crepes, jams and yoghurt together with normal French breakfast items of croissants, bread, cheese and ham. A lovely one night stay after dropping off our daughter at the airport but turned out to be a great find. We will be returning.

Hosts were wonderful. She made a delicious 4-course gourmet dinner for the guests. Beautiful pool for a hot day. Short drive to medieval village. Very peaceful. Stylish decor. Very warm and welcoming.

Quiet and away from the chaos of the cité, really beautiful renovation, comfortable beds, terrasse - such a nice place to stop!

We had a wonderful stay at Le Mas Victoria and only wish it had been for longer. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable. Our hosts were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The food was exceptional. We couldn’t have eaten better at any restaurant, and had the bonus of a beautiful location and convivial company.

Everything. We had a wonderful time. Everything was personally tailored to our needs. We were looked after like family. We are coming back again very soon. if you can get booked in here you will love the stay. We had all meals here and the food is exquisite. Christelle is an amazing hostess and every meal was delicious. Laurent is a perfect host and picked us up at the airport and took us to places we wanted to visit. Thank you for such a lovely holiday.

wonderful hosts who did everything to make us feel welcome. we particularly enjoyed the dinner with our hosts which was prepared at short notice as we had not booked and the delicious breakfast was all homemade dishes

Love the rooms, the hospitality, the coziness and friendly hosts. Marvelous spread of breakfast, requests met with a smile. We would revisit if we come again. Highly recommended.
