Stayed here for a few nights with my nieces and loved how convenient the location was to the beach, restaurants and grocery store - could walk to all of them! The unit itself was clean and everything needed was provided for. The bedroom got a bit warm at night because the AC unit is in the living room, but with the ceiling fan it wasn't too, too bad.

Bathroom sink was stopped up and even though the owner was very responsive to our situation; it still took a whole day to resolve. A number of lightbulbs not working; several electrical outlets not functioning; dishes mismatched, broken and/or second rate, dirty & rusty pans to cook with, no teaspoons. Location extremely noisy and traffic congested as it connected directly with A1A bypass. Rental pet friendly, however, beach not pet friendly-no pets allowed by city ordinance. Beach unkept with seaweed accumulation; no trash cans on beach. Parking at beach limited and cost $2.50/hr. Melbourne police were unresponsive when contacted about traffic issues.

The perfect location if you want to go to the beach. Room was nice, affordable and let us bring our 2 dogs.

This apartment is perfect. You literally would not need to go anywhere else. One block from the beach, a short walk from the pier, a grocery store across the street, and restaurants nearby. The apartment is well appointed and every detail is thought out. It was my birthday and there were even candles in the apartment!! I travel a lot and this is one of the best VRBOs I’ve stayed in. We will be regulars.

My wife and I loved this apartment for our Florida Beach location, excellent location and not a crowded area. The store across the street was great and many places to eat. The beach and the pier on intercostal waterway were walking distance. The beach was very nice and not overcrowded.

A lot of conveniences and the beach all within walking distance. One of the nicer VRBOs that we have rented. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and nicely decorated. It is the ideal location. We loved the proximity to the beach and the Melbourne Marked across the street was amazing! Within an hour of arriving we had locked ourselves out of the condo and called Ken. He was very helpful and got us access immediately. To top it all off, I left a pair of earrings behind when we left. Ken was gracious enough to mail them to me! Thanks, Ken!

This apartment is in an OUTSTANDING location! We frequent the Melbourne area as we have family in Micco, FL, and this by far was the best location we have ever stayed in. It was less than 1/4 mile walk to the gorgeous beach, and 1/4 mile walk in the other direct to the Melbourne Town Pier for GORGEOUS sunsets. Not to mention the HUGE playground by the pier, which was perfect entertainment for our 2 year old daughter when she grew tired of the sand at the beach. Being across the street from the Melbourne Market was so crazy convenient, not to mention the great breakfast places, restaurants, pizza shops, and a liquor store right next door as well. Everything you could possibly want -- even sand toys, sunblock, or something you might have forgotten to bring were available right across the street at the drugstore as well. We never had to get in the car except to go to our aunt's 80th birthday party in Micco (which is why we were in FL this trip). Also, just a 15 minute ride from the Melbourne airport! My only improvement that I could suggest would be the availability of a beach umbrella, a couple of beach chairs, and maybe a cooler and beach buggy to use with the unit. Typically these items are available in our rental units in FL, and since we fly in, we cannot bring these items with us. But we truly loved our stay and would stay again!

We have stayed many times in this little 4plex, usually in this unit. The most recent time was under the new ownership. We found it clean and well appointed. It is as depicted in the description and photos. It is very conveniently located directly across from the Melbourne Beach Market and walking distance to the beach, the Indian River, and 7 or 8 places to eat. As former residents of the area we visit frequently and it is our favorite place to stay. There was a mixup with the keys on arrival but the new owner took care of it so quickly that I’m still giving the check in process 5 stars. Finally, in spite of its busy location it is quiet at night.

Location and property was perfect for our family of 3 and the property was cleaner than the Hilton we stayed in previously. There was a slight cigarette smoke smell inside (I’m very sensitive to it) due to (I believe) the neighbors smoking outside. However, we will be booking again and are already planning our next stay!

The place was clean and neat it was also close to the beach and a market right across the street. The owner was very nice and very helpful. There was three of us and the apartment was big enough for us and 2 small dogs. We will stay there again

The location was very clean. Everything a person would need can be found in the dwelling - plates, bowls, silverware, glasses, etc - all very well stocked. Walking distance to everything - 5 minute walk to the beach (and that's if you walk slow), restaurants, there's a small grocery store right across the street which was great - grab some snacks, drinks, etc. Drug store too for sunscreen and so forth. Compared to a hotel, this HAS to be a way better deal. It's truely like staying at a small apartment which has everything you need - even access to a washer/dryer! I had to withhold one star for one item - there is a minisplit AC unit for the whole unit. It is located in the living room. It cools the living room and kitchen very well. Because there is a doorway/wall leading to the bedroom, this room does not get cooled as well. It was a bit warm at night when trying to sleep. Not terrible, but not as cool as the living room.

Very enjoyable trip, condo was perfect location to everything.

We enjoyed this snug home away from home for the first half of last June and dream of repeating our visit daily. The location was perfect for days spent on the beach fishing, walking and enjoying the surf. The kitchen table was a great spot to WFH and plan our daily trip to the Melbourne Beach market. The unit has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the shared laundry came in handy. We even talked my sister and brother-in-law into joining us in the adjacent unit for a weekend. We enjoyed Sand on the Beach (twice), Oceanside Pizza takeout, Ocean 302, Skewers Mediterranean Grille and a rooftop gathering with family at The Mansion across the Melbourne Causeway. The Crane Creek Reserve Golf Course driving range was a favorite for my husband (warming up to play the River course at the Cocoa Beach Country Club). Souvenir hunting was a quick stop at Nautical Collections on the way to the pier at Ryckman Park (perfect spot to catch the sunset). We’ve vacationed for years up A1A in a chain hotel, but the pandemic found us seeking out more homey spots in quaint Mel Beach. We are hooked, for sure!

This is our second stay at this property - perfect for couples with stores, restaurants, and the beach close by.

It was our second time staying here and it was just as great as the first time. Just feels like home. The location is good with the grocery store and good restaurants across the street.

My wife and I stayed here while visiting family nearby. It's a lovely property I had stayed at a few years prior with my parents, and it was just as wonderful as I remembered! The Melbourne Grocery Store is straight across the street, and the beach is a quick walk. We loved having breakfast at Sunnyside Cafe, and always love checking out Nautical Collections when we come. Highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay! Thank you for the lovely visit!

Great little property for a trip to the beach. Everything you may need is a SHORT walk away -- including, of course the beach! Several restaurants to choose from, whether you are looking for upscale, sandwiches, smoked burritos, or pizza. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner -- all nicely within reach. Also, surf shop, bait shop. and liquor store! And perhaps the best hometown grocery store you will ever find! Did I mention their wine and beer selection? No? Well, shame on me.

The place was super cute and right in the middle of where we needed to be :) Would stay again!

If you are expecting the Hilton, Sheraton, Marriot do not come here. But if you are looking for a vacation home a block from a pristine beach, then hurry and make reservations. I wish we did this years ago!! Don't let the lime green block 1 story building fool you. Go inside and be surprised by a bright, cool, clean apartment. Big bedroom fills the bedroom. A large bathroom with modern showers and fixtures. This felt like home away from home. By the way, if you can park your car for a week and still walk across the street to the market, restaurants and beach. All you need is right here. We are coming back. Same place. Same time. Enjoy yourself.
