The house was perfect for all of us over the weekend. The location was perfect - close to Rhodes and easy to get anywhere else in the city. The neighborhood was quiet. Ashling was a fantastic host and even left a gift basket for our grad.

House was just what we needed and more. Asking was an awesome host. We will definitely return.

My family and I enjoyed our stay! We really liked the old style characteristics of the house, but it also has plenty of modern touches! Nice garage to pull car into. Drive way is a little thin, but plenty of room to get a family sized car in and out. The host was very hospitable, responsive, and great to deal with.

Quiet, nice neighborhood and exactly like the pictures. We would stay again.

The only problem was door knobs did not work well and we needed one larger skillet.

We had an amazing stay at this super cute home! It was very comfortable and accommodating for our multi generational family of 10. The teens loved the game room. The adults loved the ability to spread out. It was close to all the sights, parks, and museums in downtown Memphis. We had everything we needed. I highly recommend to all! We will definitely stay here again if ever in Memphis.

This was a last minute trip planned to do something with my granddaughters on their spring break. I booked this house without knowing anything about Memphis or the area but were extremely pleased with it. This is a charming older home with modern updates. It was immaculate, has very large bedrooms plus the second TV area had a sofa bed. The kitchen is small but has two large refrigerators and a separate large dining room. In the 3 days we were in town we did a lot of things and they all were within a 15 minute drive ... Graceland, Beale Street, Pyramid, Civil Rights Museum, Ghost Tour, etc. and more. The neighborhood was extremely quiet, we didn't actually see or hear another person in the area during our stay. No issues with check-in or upon leaving, Ashling checked in with us several times. Totally great rental experience.

Visit to Memphis for just a few days. Enjoyed our stay. Pool table was ideal for evening hours after attractions during the day. House was just as shown and communication was excellent.

We booked this home for a multigenerational family trip. There was plenty of space to be together (and apart!); the game room was fun for our boys. We highly recommend making the trip to Gibson’s Donuts. Be sure to tell them it’s you’re first time visiting. 😉

Everything was just as described. Very roomy! Clean. Everything worked and was settle in ready. Only issue was no bath rags, but that was NO problem. The neighborhood was quiet. We seemed to be fairly close to the things we wanted to do. If we come back to Memphis, we will definitely try to stay here again. Thanks for such a wonderful stay!

Such a cute place to stay while in Memphis. Ashling was easy to reach and communicate with when we had questions or problems. Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy some relaxation! The heater box, phone table, etc all made for fun conversations for our kids too! Plenty of games and the pool table were all enjoyed!!

Nice older home with lots of space. Perfect for our weekend vacation to Graceland. Would stay there again, if we go back to Memphis.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. Location was perfect for our visits to St. Jude, the Zoo and childrens museum. There was plenty of space for the 4 adults and 4 children to spead out when needed but also ample space for us to come together for meals and group activities. We made use of the kitchen and laundry. Would highly recommended this rental.

We had a great time and the house was so clean and spacious! Great for bigger families! The hosts were amazing and had such great communication. We would love to come back when we come back to visit.

Location was perfect for our family. We enjoyed playing pool together in the evenings. They had lots of games available. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The Kitchen obviously has not been upgraded yet but when they do I am sure it will be beautifully done. I would recommend this property to a friend.

This property was so big , it looks exactly like the pictures nothing different. The host explained everything with the checking in. I didn’t have to ask about anything everything was explained every well . Love the house

Had a great stay at this property for 4 nights. Convenient to the airport, zoo, Shelby farms park. Neighborhoods around Rhodes college and the zoo felt safe to walk / jog. Nice paths in Overton Park just a mile from the house. Photos are very accurate. Comfortable beds. Extra blankets available. Shower in master bath had awesome water pressure and felt great after my triathlon. Host is VERY responsive with excellent communication.

We enjoyed our stay and the large space for our family of 5 to spread out. The host was easy to communicate with and very helpful and accommodating to our needs.

Was really happy with how quick you had someone over to help us with the air.

My husband, oldest son and I stayed here to visit our youngest during his first month at Rhodes College. The host was very communicative and helpful! The perfect location when visiting Memphis!

Our group absolutely loved this property! It’s was large enough to give everyone their own space, but cozy enough to enjoy each other’s company. The location is very convenient to all of the major attractions, but tucked into a beautiful residential neighborhood. The property owners we engaged with us through the entire stay and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We highly recommend this property!

The house was very clean and cozy with plenty of room. The hosts were very informative and attentive! We definitely recommend and if we ever find ourselves back in Memphis we will book this property again.

We were 6 adults meeting for a weekend getaway and this home was a perfect fit for us. In a decent neighborhood, a charming older home that has been updated, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths all on the main floor and roomy with closets (a few more hangers in closets would be nice) and areas to unpack on. Comfy beds, clean linens and towels, kitchen pretty well supplied (a few more dish towels please). Large dining room table and chairs were a plus for us since we like to enjoy breakfast, evening snacks and play cards/games. The pool table was a plus. A nice comfy place to come back to after a day of exploring Memphis.

We wanted a unique Christmas experience filled with lasting memories and Memphis is such a wonderful place with so much to offer. This has probably been one of the best VRBO experiences! The house was great! The host was amazing she went the extra mile to help us make this a wonderful experience. When we go to Memphis we’ll definitely book here again!
