Hotel room was fine. Room was clean upon arrival, however, during our weekend stay, our room was not straightened or cleaned and used towels were not replaced at all. We were in room Friday to Sunday. We asked for late check out. We were charged extra $20. Never happened at any other hotel. Also, bathroom had yellowwd old caulking all around tub & shower that made the bathroom look old and dirty. We were put in one of the adjoining rooms, next to people we did not know. We heard loud talking, arguing and a very loud TV until 5am on our first night. We reported the noise at 1am, but nothing happened. And finally, worst of all, the security deposit that was taken, of $150, has not been released back to me, but rather now, but rather immediately went through as an expense on my credit card. I reported it, but the hotel has done nothing. I have emailed and called and over a week later, the expense is still on my credit card statement. Note, there was no damage to our room.

Myself and my girlfriend stayed for one night. We checked in quite late, but it was still a quick, easy process. The rooms appeared recently renovated and were very nice. The breakfast was quite good with sausage, eggs, waffles, and the other usual items, although they ran out of waffle mix toward the end. The location was convenient and safe. For the price, this was an extremely pleasant experience and would highly recommend!

Not one of the cleanest places to say the least

The room was fine. The bathroom need some updating. People party in hall until 12:00 am . Had to call front desk 3 times before it was finally shut down. Also the room smell like cigarettes went you opened the door.

Staff were very accommodating for our special needs. We appreciated the care and support during a difficult time for our family.

The air conditioning was not working the door knob lock is broken they'll have to do it serious renovation to the place or they're just the bottom line of making money and putting up with the maintenance

Hotel was a little old. Room had grime on the walls and the bathroom needed a deep clean, walls were dirty especially by the toilet and the shower looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while.

Check in was very smooth and the young woman on the desk was so friendly and accommodating. Great start to our stay.

Overall, her day was very nice and keeping in mind, these recommendations are attended for growth . It’s a great hotel and affordable for families on a budget. The only recommendation I gave the staff was about the cleanliness of the bathrooms, and the pool area requires a deep cleaning. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s convenient near the go shopping food amenities everything you can imagine I would definitely stay again.

I liked being able to choose no stairs, hopefully we can get the same room another time. They need soft close doors, people sometimes aren't thoughtful in the early morning hours

This room was, Ok... Dusty headboard, burnt light bulb, I had to kill a spider, the bed is hard. Wasn't my best stay at a hotel. The room echos a lot, and you hear all the doos slamming in the halls very clearly. Carpet or something would be nice on the feet in the morning. I enjoyed my time here in Travelodge. I came here to write my CELPIP test and this happens to be a perfect location.

No issues

No towels on arrival for both rooms. Bathroom was full of water, floors were excessively wet. Bathroom shower was broken and hanging off wall. Hair in shower.

Mold in the bathroom shower. No smart t.v. Hotel staff were kind friendly and accomodating.

No elevators for second floor but rooms are super spacious and nice. Air conditioning worked great and windows opened to outside for fresh air.

The room was very dark even with all the lights on. That needs to be fixed. There were a few things that were not provided that normally are like face cloths, cups etc. Had to ask for what we needed from the front desk.

Nice large room but our Room was missing some things so had to ask front desk for towels and facecloths. Very busy long weekend so concerned it might be busy but nice and quiet. Super comfortable King bed. Would def stay again

The road to get into the hotel is pretty tricky with traffic. Biggest complaint is that the breakfast was very disappointing. Waffle batter dispenser wasn’t working. They apparently had cups of batter but none was there when we got there. And nothing was replaced while we were there. Eggs were horrible. Juice was very watered down. Garbage was overflowing. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Pool was ok.

I liked my stay. Quiet room and decent parking

I like the wooden floors and free breakfast. Also it’s nice they have a fridge and a microwave in the room. However, the AC needs an upgrade, it’s a little loud.

they need to clean their a/c heater fan! I openedd up the heater and I'll I can breath was the smell of smoke! had to shut it off and woke up with a headaches!
