Wonderful place to stay and play. The room was spacious and nicely decorated and with great amenities. The casino did not have a strong smoke smell whatsoever and was clean with friendly staff.

We were treated by a young man with a tissue hanging out of his nose, he could not run the computer to check us in. We waited 8-10 minutes for another person, who was rude. The only words spoken was that’ll be 64 dollars, tap here! The slots better pay off this morning for you to see me again!

“Since you booked through a 3rd party (Expedia), we can’t help you.” I was not satisfied with room location. Bed linens were worn and obvious stains. Most of the vending machines were out of stock.

There are people smoking in casino area. Not all restaurants open every day. Very clean and staff is friendly.

There’s a barn door that acts as the closet and bathroom door, it was stuck and you couldn’t close the door to cover the bathroom opening. We went and told them and they said they’d send someone up. However, that didn’t stop them from asking if I was traveling with just my husband and I said well no but even so I should be able to have some privacy. I mean really? That’s your response to giving a guest a room with a bathroom door that’s broken. They know it’s broken, it’s been that way for a long time because you can see all the marks on the ceiling and walls from others have the same issue. Then, Wi-Fi wasn’t working. Called down about that and told me I’d have to call the internet company. Ok, so now guests have to troubleshoot the internet as well? I was on the phone for 20 minutes and there was no resolution. The internet company said the room was under a different name and that’s why it wasn’t working. One front person I spoke to said that they’d not been having internet issues and no other guest has called to say anything. But the next one I spoke to said, “I’m not sure who’s telling you what, but some guests experience those issues in the upper levels”. I even asked to be moved to a different room before we had really used anything and they refused. We will never be back. And it’s mostly because of a piss poor attitude and that if you have problems, they won’t help you. just beware that you’re paying for stuff you will not be able to use. Dirt/food in corners of room

The hotel staff was very friendly and polite. My room was next to the cleaning staff’s room so was a bit noisy. Next time I will make sure that doesn’t happen.

The place was nice however we were extremely disappointed when we returned to the room and it was bypassed by housekeeping. No towels, no Kleenex, no toiletries, nothing was replenished.

The room was clean. Stayed 2 nights. Needed more clean towels Called desk 4 times. Never did get any clean towels. Needed additional handicap parking.

Comfortable spacious rooms.

Our lamp didn’t work, the bathroom was filthy, the iron marked our clothes up with black streaks, the AC turned on heat full blast, and we had to figure out how to reset it so we could get it to cool, and things were just ick and kind of junky.

This was the first time I stayed at the property and I was impressed with the facility. The room was perfect for my needs and extremely comfortable. Parking was easy.

This place is 10/10 for me. The marketing team here just must be terrible!

ALL THE ROOM IS VERY BEAUTIFUL. AND NEW. IYS VERY CONFORTABLE. PILLOWS IS VERY VERY SOFT. WE DONT LIKE. TE AIR CONDITIONED NO VERY COLD. ALL NIGHT IS 70 F. I PUT IN 65 F. MAYBE NEED GAS THE AIR CONSITIONED.
