We had a great stay. The house is fantastic! It was very clean and up to date. The location is great. You are right by good places to eat and only a couple of blocks to the beach. We will be back.

Home condition is NEW. Lots of thought obviously went into decor and appliances. Perfect location in St. Simons with two minute walk to beach or four good restaurants. Two "negative" comments - (1) current VRBO photo understates the spacious and high end interior and (2) Concerned that we are leaving with goal of updating and upgrading our own home. High marks to the owner.

Great house in a great location. Close to beach, food, and shopping. Ryan contacted us at beginning and during stay to ensure we were settled and happy. House is beautiful. We are thinking of staying again next year!!

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights with our dog in this beautiful home. It was far more space than we needed, so it would be great for a larger family. We absolutely loved the location; it’s an easy walk to the beach and right next to several great restaurants, shops and a brewery.
Would highly recommend this rental!

This house is so gorgeously decorated. It was also the perfect size for our family of 8. The location is so convenient to everything we needed. It is only 1 block from the beach, and is right next to great restaurants and shopping. The house has everything you need, including coffee, paper towels, and toilet paper, etc. The kitchen is well stocked if you plan to cook and eat in. Ryan is great with communication. We will be renting Ryan’s house again.

We booked a last minute trip to the area and so glad we found this property! Ryan was extremely communicative and great to work with. The house is amazing and in a great location to everything. Can’t wait to come back!!

This is a beautiful, well equipped vacation home in a great location walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and beach. This property was the first property that we had experience with that provided plenty of supplies so we didn’t have to go to the store and get more toilet paper or paper towels and trash bags in the middle of our vacation. Our only complaint would be that the back porch fireplace was not set up yet. That was the main feature that we were looking forward to enjoying about this house. When that’s working this house will be perfect getaway.

The house is great - spacious, new and has everything you need. The location is also unbeatable, short walk to many restaurants. Definitely recommend!

Really nice house, very clean. Owner very thoughtfully left all the items needed for an easy stay. You can tell he travels and knows what his guests will need from quality bath and beach towels to coffee pods for morning coffee. The only possible thing he might want to include is screens for the lovely outside porch as the gnats and mosquitoes are starting to come out at night.

Great! Beautiful new construction house. Large and spacious. Convenient location, less than 1 block distance to restaurants and the beach. Plenty of towels, kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need to cook. Dog friendly. 10/10 would stay again. Just a heads up to any pet owners, the back yard is not fully fenced.

I LOVED our week stay at this house !! Everything was extremely clean, beautiful, and had all the amenities!! I really enjoyed that many wonderful restaurants were in walking distance. It was really Perfect house in the perfect location!! There was very clear communication with quick responses with the owner of the property. We will be back soon!! 10/10 ☺️

Our family throughly enjoyed staying at this beautifully remodeled home that’s is close to everything in St. Simons Island. The home was truly like our home away from home. There were ample towels, blankets, games, and kitchen items. The beach is within walking distance and “town” is 3 mins driving distance.
The neighborhood was safe and we felt very comfortable the entire time. Ryan, our host was super responsive and very accommodating for all of our needs during our Christmas vacation, so much so that we extended our stay a couple of extras days. With this being our first time at SSI Ryan provided ample recommendations.
We highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again when visiting SSI.

What an awesome experience! I cannot say enough good things about the house AND the location. The house has an awesome layout. Perfect for a family that wants to spend time together but still have space. LOVED the kitchen. It was a very short walk to the beach. We could walk to a lot of restaurants that were just a few steps away from the house. Ryan is outstanding to work with. He was prompt with responses and had great recommendations for things to do, where to eat, etc. Cannot wait to book for the Summer!
